A pleasant townhouse, large and well-equipped, which we would have liked to enjoy longer. A good base for discovering the great natural spaces while enjoying the amenities of Kingussie.

We loved our stay at Susan's property. Had all the amenities we could have wanted. great location and plenty of space for the full family! would definitely stay again and very grateful for the prosecco and fudge!

The Squirrel's is more than a home-from-home, not just that it is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need, but it add's that special something, and that is being in a peaceful, relaxing spot in the countryside of Aveimore. Sarah really has made the Squirrel's a place you can enjoy coming back to after a long day out - and actually, if you are not into walking or any of the other activities you can do in Aveimore - you can just sit back and relax in this wonderful home. It's only a short walk to all the restaurants and shops you could need, but nicely tucked away that you won't be bothered in the busy season.

The cottage suited us perfectly. Had all the amenities we needed, was clean and well provisioned. Would recommend.

An absolutely perfect accommodation for our family of 8 including a 5 and 3 year old. Easily accessible from the train station either by stairs or a moderately steep but navigable paved path if you’re bringing wheeled suitcases, etc. Close to grocery and other shopping, dining and sightseeing. A quiet street where we all slept well.

We absolutely loved this home, it was so cozy! The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Close enough to Inverness that you could easily drive back and forth. Would absolutely recommend this home and would love to return someday!

George was an excellent host, providing a warm welcome and great communication in advance of our visit. This is a wonderful house in a beautiful location, and perfect for groups of all ages. Plenty of bathrooms and rooms for relaxing. We enjoyed a week here in mid-June. There were nine adults at one stage, and there was space for us all. I highly recommend Zippity-do-da to anyone visiting this part of Scotland.

Really lovely house I. A perfect spot… so well equipped for our family from age 7 months to 89 years with everything we needed, loads of comfortable space. Loved the walk through the woods and the football goals and kids play area . Thank you!

Fantastic stay for a family of 8. We had 6 adults and our 2 grandchildren. Plenty of room, nice spacious home with a great jacuzzi that is kept clean. Very comfortable and clean home. Only suggestion is to provide extra towels since guests shouldn't need to use the same towel for showers and the jacuzzi. Only 8 towels provided for 8 guests so we had to pay extra for a couple of towels. Beautiful views too. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Fiona’s place. Fiona was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the house was very comfortable and convenient to walk to downtown Inverness. It was a great central location for golf trips nearby. I’d recommend it for anyone traveling with friends or family.

Absolutely loved our stay at Kinloch - grandparents, their kids, and then their kids and the dog! Such a fantastic warm cosy lodge, will definitely be back! The garden is wonderful, all fenced in, great for the dog, walk down to the loch for a swim, up to the hot tub, then firepit for marshmallows - couldn’t beat it. My favourite Air BnB yet, absolutely loved it 🥰 . Thank you 🙏

Great accommodation to stay in. Easy driving distance from Kingussie village and Aviemore. The kitchen was very well equipped the owner had thought of everything. Communication was excellent throughout whole process. Was worried about neighbour noise but other then when out on the back door you wouldn’t know they were any neighbours. Dressing gowns for hot tub and sky tv were excellent extras. Can’t wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well-prepared, and spacious enough for two families. Kyle was excellent with communication and made both the check-in and our stay smooth and enjoyable.

If I could give it 10 stars I would, we absolutely loved the house - the pictures don't actually do it justice. The hosts were super responsive and helpful, house was immaculate, hot tub was on and we were able to use it without any fuss. The house is so well laid out and is a really great size, we had 3 kids under 3 and there was so much space for them inside and out. Will definitely book again - we have found a new favorite place!

Linden House 4 bedroom bungalow with two car park spaces. It is new property with fresh look from inside. Scenic view from longue. We enjoyed stay a lot.

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and everything was exactly as described. We were traveling with elderly family members, and the home was very accessible and comfortable for them. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely come again!

This was a beautiful and relaxing place-to open the windows or the doors and listen to the water splashing in the distance was so serene. Rachel was great to work with and easy to communicate with and always always responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
