Praktiskt och fullt utrustad lägenhet med 3 sovrum för upp till 8 personer. Lägenheten ligger vid gamla Kiruna Centrum, nära mataffär och 400 m från restaurangen Ripan. Det är ca. 3,5 km till nya Kiruna Centrum och det tar 15 minuter med buss dit. Huset ligger cirka 2 km från Loussavaarabacken, ett utmärkt ställa att se norrsken på. Avstånd från järnvägstationen till lägenheten är det 2,2 km. Till Matojärvi ishall är det 500 m Gratis parkering ingår. Sängkläder, handduk, Wifi ingår i priset.

House on top of Kiruna, Great view.

My place is on top of Kiruna, near the train station. The house is nearby LKAB and the mine. You will have full access to the house with tv, sauna, bath and towels. You are also close to Luossavaara backen were you can ski or go down hills with the bike. Bedsheets and towels are included. Also soap and shampoo. Nearby is a foodmarket and also a pizzeria. There is a cat and a dog who has lived in the house. 1.3 km to the train station, 4 km to the city. 1.2 km to LKAB.

Välkomna till Lärkvägen 13 med ca 170kvm. belägen i ett lugnt område med naturen runt hörnet. Perfekt för er som vill ha ett komplett boende utan att behöva tänka, i en rofylld miljö. In this spacious house with 4 floors you have place for both privacy and social life. On the 1st floor you a have kitchen, livingroom, bedroom and bathroom. One floor up you have a bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. In the basement you have one bedroom and 1 sauna / bathroom. If you are in good condition why don’t climb up to the secret room with nice view over Kiruna. And if you’re lucky you can see the northern light. Welcome to a home with a heart =)

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Huset är nära till allt. 10 minuter promenad till Kiruna nya centrum och 6 minuter promenad till Ica nära lombolo och pizzeria samt busshållplats. 6 Minuter med bil från kiruna flygplatsen och 8 min från tågstationen. Ni är varmvälkomna till detta mysiga hus. Vi är även öppet för längre visstelse och till företagare om intresset finns.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Air bnb war sehr angenehm. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Gastgeber hat mich an meinem Anreisetag sogar vom Bahnhof abends abgeholt. Sonst war er auch sehr freundlich und hat mir auch gute Tipps gegeben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln würde dieses Airbnb immer weiter empfehlen.

Annette and Jan's house was very comfortable for the three of us. Within walking distance of the new centrum and very quiet neighborhood. The house was well appointed with kitchenware and appliances. Overall a very nice place for our needs.

We stayed here with 4 adults, there were two adult bedrooms each with a double bed and one child bedroom with extra cots if needed. The couch was also extremely comfy and could probably fit another 2 people. The house had everything one would need, in a peaceful neighborhood of Kiruna. It was only a short drive to any shopping or dining locations, as well as the Ice Hotel. We had issues accidentally tripping electrical circuits but Fredrik was super responsive and helpful even late at night and ensured we were taken care of!
