Our accommodation is a private, entire-house rental (3DK, 46㎡). It can host up to 6 guests, with one queen bed (for 2 people) and four single futon sets (for 4 people). For the most comfortable stay, we recommend 2–4 guests. --- ● Property Details This is a single-story traditional house with beautiful exposed beams and an open, airy atmosphere. **Japanese-style Living Room (6 tatami mats)** A relaxing space with a sofa and low table. We recommend enjoying the uniquely low perspective of traditional Japanese living. Futons stored in the closet can be laid out here for use as a bedroom. **Japanese-style Bedroom (3 tatami mats)** This room features a queen bed. **Japanese-style Room (4.5 tatami mats)** Located right by the entrance. A cozy space where you can sit on a single sofa, read a book, or enjoy tea. The closet can be used to store suitcases. This room can also be used as a bedroom by laying out futons from the 6-tatami room. **Dining Kitchen** A bright space with natural light streaming in from a skylight. Equipped with a dining table for four, kitchen facilities, and a washer-dryer. **Bathroom** Compact, clean, and comfortable. **Washbasin** A renovated space that blends retro charm with usability. **Toilet** Equipped with a washlet for your comfort. **Loft (2nd floor)** For safety reasons, guests cannot enter the loft, but you can still view the traditional Japanese roof structure. ※ There are two air conditioners/heaters. As this is a wooden house over 70 years old, please note that it may be a bit cold in winter. --- ● Parking Two cars can be parked next to the building. Please note that the road in front is one-way. 1954年(昭和29年)ごろ建てられた木造住宅です。 その当時の雰囲気を残したまま大切に使われてきた建物です。 ほとんど改修しておりませんので、多少不便な部分はございますが、当時の生活を想像しながら広島での思い出にしていただければ幸いです。 1棟貸切になります。 1階部分はキッチン、浴室、トイレがあります。他の部屋は家主の物置です。 2階は宿泊者の寝室になります。 宿泊者の方はキッチンをご利用いただけますので、近くのスーパーなどで買われたものの調理などもできます。 平和公園まで徒歩で10分ほどで、近くにコンビニやスーパーなどもあり、非常に便利な場所です。 何より楽しんでいただきたいのが建物の雰囲気です。 大事に使われてきた昔ながらの日本の建物を味わっていただきたいと思います。
