Apartment holiday rentals in Kitzbühel District

Communication with Verena was very good, easy and absolutely uncomplicated from start to finish. We were allowed to enter the apartment much earlier, which was very accommodating for us with 3 children. Even during the 4 days, we always got direct answers to questions. Twice asked, twice helped ad hoc. The location is picturesque, especially the view of the Wilder Kaiser from the balcony has made the everyday stress disappear. The apartment was also absolutely clean and from our impression, almost freshly renovated. We felt very comfortable at home and will prefer this apartment again when we return to the region and go on vacation. Many thanks to the hostess who was always there when there were questions

Great location right by the cable car station up the Hahnenkamm. Ten minute walk into central Kitzbühel but far enough out to be very peaceful. Stunning view over the town and towards the Kitzbüheler Horn from the property. The Airbnb itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked as it should. Thorough information pack provided. If we return to Kitzbühel the first thing we will do is check this place’s availability - it’s a gem.

We enjoyed our vacation in the very nice, new and well-kept as well as quiet apartment very much. Communication was always impeccable and very fast. There were no issues at all. We would love to vacation there again at any time. The possibility to park our car directly in front of the door in the yard was also perfect.

We had a great time and would 100% recommend the place. The view from the balcony is great, everything is super clean and Eva is very friendly and helpful. Supermarkets are within walking distance and we were able to hike right from the front door into nature. Thank you!

A great place to stay. Deniz communicated clearly and always responded quickly. The apartment is in a beautiful location ideal for exploring the whole area. There is everything that you need in the apartment to make your stay easy and all the equipment and furnishings are of the highest quality. We met the hosts who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend kaiserfleckerl if you are looking to stay in the Tirol region.

The stay with Hanspeter was very nice and relaxed. Our little son was delighted with the many animals. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and the apartment has everything you need. In the farm shop there are eggs and honey products as well as crocheted by Hanspeter's mom. You can quickly reach another farm on foot. You can reach Kitzbühel in 10 minutes by car. Hanspeter and his family were very welcoming and friendly - we highly recommend the farm and would come back any time.

Beautiful apartment with sensational views from the large balcony. Super lovely host family. We were two families with three children from 0-4 years and had plenty of space. We'd love to come back :-)

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The rooms are very clean, well-equipped, and have everything you need, including salt, pepper, and oil. You can even grill outside and enjoy the view in the evening on your own terrace. It truly felt like home to us. The hosts are very responsive, friendly, and proactive, and they’re just a door knock away. They even gave us their dish to make lasagna. In the rare case that something is missing, they are more than happy to help. We highly recommend this location and the hosts!

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and whirlpool can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.
