The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

Mastua

Mastua is a very cozy little house that is peacefully located on a farm just 20 minutes drive from Trondheim. Two bedrooms with three beds, a wood stove, hotplates, fridge and running water in summer. Outside there is lush nature with many hiking opportunities in forests and mountains, large garden (for play and relaxation) with both campfire and table with benches. In the barn building nearby (about 50 meters) there is a new and cozy bathroom with shower and toilet. 5-minute drive to the store and 10 minutes to the mall.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds.
