The apartment is very bright, the windows are oriented towards the courtyard, so you can't hear the street noise. The house has its own inner courtyard, so there are no problems with parking. The apartment is comfortable for mothers with wheelchairs or people with disabilities, because there are only a few stairs to get into the apartment. My dad spent years using this space as his painting studio. Unique wooden floors have traces of oil paint & the energy at our now converted seaside home is highly inspiring - people staying here suddenly get business ideas or start writing poems! Our huge cozy couch is perfect for slow mornings & reading books, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly need. The seaside is not far (it takes around 35min on foot, as there is a forest to cross), and it's a 5min car ride.

The apartment is located about 15-20 min walk from the old town, bus and train stations, 5 min from the entertainment park and bicycle tracks, 10 min from the shopping center. Melnrage beach is about 20 min walk through the forest or 5 min drive.
