Holiday rentals with beach access in Klaksvík

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The space was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with nearly every comfort of home. The hosts' attention to detail was outstanding, and their warm welcome made us feel immediately at ease. When we accidentally left something behind, they went out of their way to return it—such lovely, considerate people. The accommodation itself was excellent, with just a short walk to nearby parking.

En dejlig lejlighed med en skøn udsigt. Ren og pæn. Central beliggenhed. Fin velkomst . Det eneste lille minus var manglende beskrivelse af, hvordan opvaskemaskinen startes. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med lejligheden.

Excellent location with spectacular views that shine when the sun is out in this beautiful little part of Faroe Islands! Very easy to get to the airport or to Torshavn and is perfect for whichever part of the islands you want to visit.

L'emplacement est magnifique, face à l'océan avec deux chemins d'accès au bord de mer. Deux fenêtres donnent de la salle a manger sur l'océan. Tout est très calme et l'activité à l'étage très modeste et tout à fait supportable, pas gênante du tout. Le salon est un peu sombre, pas orienté vers la vue mais très confortable, avec des plaids et de confortables coussins. La literie est excellente, et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. la décoration est adaptée et de bon goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée, cafetière, grille pain, bouilloire, micro-onde et lave-vaisselles. Nancy nous a bien aidé lors du marathon afin que nous ne soyons pas coincé par les barrages. A recommander sans hésiter.

Joli petit appartement extrêmement bien équipé, avec une belle vue sur la baie. Irena était très réactive et sympathique. L appartement est grand et confortable. Le village est calme et paisible et rapidement accessible. Nous avons aimé y passer du temps après avoir visité les alentours.

Would stay here any time I’m in the Faroe Islands! They are incredibly responsive and also went out of their way to get us tissues when we told them we kept getting runny noses due to the weather. The house itself is always warm and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring many Faroe Island attractions (Mykines, lake above the ocean, witch’s finger, etc.) I appreciate the fully dark blinds to cover the windows. Note that the pillows are very soft and you might want to bring your own if that is an issue. Nicolina’s place is the basement of a house and there are soft footstep sounds above if you are a light sleeper.

I had a fine stay at Ashish’s apartment. It was as described and clean. It is relatively close to the airport and more than adequate for a one night stay. The bus stop outside was handy.

Pobyt w tym domku to była czysta magia! Miejsce zachwyca spokojem i niesamowitymi widokami — z okna rozciąga się malowniczy krajobraz na wodę z górami w tle, ponadto codziennie mogliśmy obserwować pasące się tuż pod domem owce. Domek jest przestronny, czysty i świetnie urządzony. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kuchnia — doskonale wyposażona we wszystko, czego potrzeba. Można poczuć się jak w domu, a jednocześnie całkowicie oderwać od codzienności. Dodatkowym atutem była świetna lokalizacja – domek okazał się idealną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Wysp Owczych. Na pewno będziemy polecać znajomym!

Vi havde nogle fantastiske dage i det hyggelige hus i Seletrað. Der er en rummelig stue med smuk udsigt. Huset og faciliteterne er gode, særligt hvis man rejser med mindre børn.

Cudowne miejsce do spędzenia urlopu na Wyspach Owczych. Byłyśmy w domku 7 dni, wszystko było zgodne z opisem, duży plus za pralkę i suszarkę. Ponadto lokalizacja jest idealna do zwiedzania innych wysp, wszędzie blisko. Polecamy i mamy nadzieję wrócić w przyszłości :)

Ancienne maison parfaitement rénovée avec beaucoup de charme, très cosy et chaleureuse dans un petit village proche de Torshavn. Le logement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Hôtes très réactifs et arrangeants. Je recommande!

Dagmar's house in Eiði was lovely. It's centrally located in the village, just opposite the town church. There's a convenient parking spot right out front. The interior was nicely decorated, and the house works well for a single traveler such as myself; it also, however, would work well for larger groups or families, as there are multiple bedrooms. This was a great place to stay while exploring the northern Faroes!

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr zentral, sehr ruhiges, kleines Dorf. Die Straßen vor der Unterkunft waren fantastisch zum Rad fahren mit tollen Aussichten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Der Blick aus dem Erker immer wieder faszinierend- je nach Licht und Wetter. Der Balkon mit etwas Sonne sofort kuschelig zum Sitzen. Einfach toll!

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold! Udsigten fra boligen var helt enestående – det var en fornøjelse at vågne op til hver dag også i regnvejr 😃 Der var også lavet en rigtig god guidebog med tips til området, som vi brugte flittigt. Det gjorde det nemt at finde gode spisesteder og oplevelser i nærheden. Kommunikation med værten var god og de var hurtige til at svare. Alt i alt en virkelig god oplevelse, som vi varmt kan anbefale!

The view from Steinbjorn’s home is quite possibly the most beautiful vista I have experienced anywhere in the World. They say location is everything, and I don’t believe my experience of the Faroe Islands would have been as good had I stayed anywhere else. The solitude of Elduvík was perfect for my solo mountain biking trip, the pink sunsets at Midnight incredible, and the hot tub after a few hours on the bike the icing on the cake. The lounge and dining room are spacious and well appointed, the kitchen clean and well provisioned. I had the pleasure of meeting Steinbjorn when I arrived at the house. He is a friendly chap and is clearly proud of his home. Communication with him both prior to, and during my trip was superb, lots of recommendations for places to visit, and information regarding the village. Steinbjorn was also very attentive to any queries I had whilst at the house. I could not have hoped for a better experience.

Ten minutes driving from Klaksvik, there’s also a public bus. Two rooms: one bedroom and one kitchen with a sofa that turns into a comfortable bed. Kitchen has fridge, microwave oven with two electric plates, plus some kitchenware. There’s two external bathrooms to share with three rooms.

Guðrun was super friendly and provided us with a lot of suggestions to do in the area. The place was small but nice and cozy. The furniture was brand new with everything we needed. The apartment had a nice view of the mountains around it and was in the center of where we wanted to hike and see.

Was für eine tolle Aussicht! Man hat schön Platz in der Wohnung, sie ist sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (Einrichtung ist live love laugh style). Super Gastgeber!

Great stay at Martin's. Beautiful setting with views of the mountains and the fjord. The planned apartment was not finished when we arrived, so we stayed in their house just above it. I am convinced that once completed, it will be of the same high quality as their house, and you will have a wonderful stay there.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questo splendido appartamento. Molto pulito e funzionale. Tanto spazio, Cucina ben attrezzata, tanti elettrodomestici, una grande Smart TV, ma soprattutto vista stupenda. La posizione è ottima per visitare le Isole Faroe, in poco tempo si può raggiungere la capitale è tutte le isole. Non ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, per quelli bisogna spostarsi nella capitale che comunque dista solo 30 minuti. A 10 minuti c’è un supermercato ben fornito. Raccomandiamo questo appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliono godersi la pace delle Isole Faroe con una posizione strategica ma anche super tranquilla.

Ubytování splnilo vše co jsme očekávali. Hostitel je dobrý člověk. Vesnice kde je toto ubytování leží ve středu ostrovů, tudíž přístup kamkoliv do hodiny !!

Great place. Easy check in, great area. Perfect place to stay if you like hiking as there are many great local hikes from the front door. You might even experience some very friendly Faroese sheepdogs like me. Very convenient access to the supermarket 5 minutes from front door. I recommend this place!
