We absolutely loved the peace and quiet and the cleanliness of this house.The host was wonderful about getting back to uswhen ever we had a question. We would gladly stay there again.

My ❤️ will always be at the Cottage by the Sea! Oh my! What a great two nights in this sweet cottage… wish it were more! I’d love to come back! It was perfect for me! Great location! Loved walking the neighborhood with all the sweetly decorated homes! Agate beach was great! I definitely recommend a stay here!

Peaceful, very clean, comfortable, beautiful property, well kept! I stayed here with my husband and two boys. Darrell & Joan always responded quickly and literally thought of everything with this property. Instructions were clear, check in was easy, and I can’t get over the cleanliness of the property as a whole, not just the Airbnb. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the outside seating area and watching the stars. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s conveniently located near lots of hiking trails. If you’re outdoorsy, you won’t be disappointed 😊

The rental.was exactly what we were looking for. It felt like home and was close enough to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again! (Also, loved the outdoor fire pit and view)

Very beautiful area. Had lots of fun in the awesome pool. My daughter was amazed at all the wildlife in the area. The room was very charming and had a rustic feel to it, but had all the modern amenities. All in all we had a great time and couldn't ask for a better location or host. Teresa was very friendly and helpful

Alison's cabin is a dream come true! So cozy and gorgeous! Great for Lassen Volcanic NP access and a peaceful getaway. We got to enjoy coffee on the porch during a rain storm, which was magical. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Tons of games too! Alison was very attentive and super sweet when communicating. 10/10 we would stay again!!

Gorgeous view. Felt private and quiet. Sauna was great. The place had a nice layout for a small cottage. It was perfect for our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ferndale, all the more because of the great space Caroline has put together. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout!! The location is great too right at the end of the Main Street so quiet but still with everything right outside your door. It’s the perfect space for a couple on a quick visit to Ferndale.

Carl is a fantastic host. His cabin is cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need as a home base for exploring the beautiful North Coast. The cabin is surrounded by redwood trees and is very private. We'll be back again for sure!

Love this little place nestled in the redwood trees. The cottage has a beautiful, covered deck with a garden view.

The hobbit house was really great. It was like walking into a hobbit village and house. Once inside it carried out the theme, while having all of the modern appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the heavy comforter was perfect. I usually carry a weighted blanket because so many places have light weight bedding. To help carry out the theme there was a full series of J.R.R. Tolkien books and a great clock with the hobbit meal times listed, including second breakfast. Second breakfast was fantastic. i won't share what it was but it was great. I'm vegetarian and my husband isn't. Both were accommodated perfectly. It was our anniversary and we were going to Burney Falls in the morning. I didn't tell my husband were we were going to spend the night, so arriving there was quite a surprise for him, and he loved it. I would love to come back and spend more time. I highly recommend the Hobbit House for a night, or week, stay.

We absolutely loved this little getaway home! if and or when we return to Ashland we intend to stay here again. The entire farm is beautiful, and the house is so unique and obviously was built with a ton of love and care. my partner and I particularly loved the beds, which are often the weakest parts of most rentals. Both the full bed and the harry potter bed slept wonderful, and they even had different types and firmness of pillows for us to use. My neck and back have never felt better! Thanks to the hosts for sharing this very special place with us! 🙏

Fantastic quiet little cabin outside of town surrounded by beautiful scenery. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Definitely looking forward to staying again and highly recommend.

I would recommend this peaceful cottage. It was a quick drive into downtown Ashland, providing a quiet country retreat. It had everything I needed, and I loved waking up to see a wild turkey and its three babies outside my window.

A magical spot for the weekend. The cottage itself is a hidden gem and so lovely. It is close to the beach and town but still hidden within the forest. You can tell it was built with love and care. We wish we could have stayed longer!

paty was a great host very responsive and helpful with local recommendations and directions to places I needed to get to. She also is a very lovely person and and happy toeet her and grateful for her hosting her home

The studio was as described; we enjoyed the week we spent. The farm was active and it was great to see the preparation and planting. We enjoyed the soaking tub, sitting, relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Town was a quick ride and offered multiple choices of action cuisine. Anyone we ran into either on the farm or on adventures we encountered lovely people.

Place was was a very nice and tidy studio like space. Just what we needed for the night. The chickens were very welcoming and entertaining. The hosts we had contact with were friendly and accommodating.

We only made a pit stop on our trip at this location but it was great, cool little stop with lots of of big treees and the Pacific Ocean just a short ride away

We had a fantastic stay. Close to where our friends had their wedding, beautiful place, very clean, great value. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Erik’s place was great for our few nights in Arcata! Great proximity to Arcata destinations plus easy to get to Redwood State and National Parks. Erik gave great recommendations for things to do in the area, and the space was very cozy and clean!
