Cabin near the mountains in scenic Hemfjällstangen Sälen

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Located on the lower floor of 68 sqm divided into kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob with oven, microwave) and living room with open plan, fireplace, TV, WIFI, and exit to terrace. Tiled bathroom with toilet/shower and sauna as well as a separate guest toilet. Cleaning cabinet, washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet in the entrance. Guests thoroughly clean up before checkout.

In the living room there is the possibility of two extra beds in a sofa bed. A WC/shower with washing machine and dryer. From the apartment you can reach Kläppen Ski Resort in about 10 minutes by car and to Experium's water park in about 30 minutes. In winter, snowmobile trails are close by. Electric car chargers are available and shared with the neighboring apartment.

Nyt rolige dager i en lun hytte med helt ny vedfyrt sauna, perfekt for å slappe av etter turer i fjellet eller en dag i bakken. Hytta er stor (109kvm), romslig og åpen. Området rundt har gode turforhold både til fots, på ski og på sykkel. Det er mulighet for jakt- og fiske. Rett utenfor døra finnes et godt utbygd nett av velpreparerte skiløyper. Det er kort vei til alpinanleggene i Trysilfjellet (25 minutter) og Sälen (35 minutter). Her har man nærhet til aktiviteter både sommer og vinter.

Two bathrooms of which one with sauna, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is located next to the Gondola, in the very heart of Kläppen. Close to restaurants, après-ski, shop, cafe, etc. Two large parking lots just outside, one with electric car charger. Elevator is available (no compensation for downtime)
