Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after hiking in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is the possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door, there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. It is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

Corner apartment on the highest level with balcony, with a view in addition to the slopes. Modernly decorated with high standards and a spacious and open plan of 79 sqm. Two bathrooms of which one with sauna, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is located next to the Gondola, in the very heart of Kläppen. Close to restaurants, après-ski, shop, cafe, etc. Two large parking lots just outside, one with electric car charger. Elevator is available (no compensation for downtime)

Fristående stuga med sovloft, 73 kvm/loft 21 kvm (nybyggd 2020), i ett lugnt område med enkel åtkomst till några av kläppens längdspår. Ski in/out via transportväg om natursnön är tillräcklig. (Stugnumret är 805 som sitter på fasaden när man kommer fram till förarvägen 5) Transportlift/skidväg: 200 m till skidväg 40* 8+2 bäddar (3st 160cm och 4st 90cm breda) fördelade på 2 sovrum + sovloft Rök/Djur -fri stuga. Beautiful view of the mountain top. Open common room with kitchen area containing: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, stove with oven & microwave. High chair and travel cot (bring duvet, pillow and sheets). Baby gate. Drying cabinet and ski storage. 4 parking spaces. One charing post for electrical cars. Smoking and pets prohibited There are blankets and pillows for 10 people. Bring your own bed linen & towels. Clean yourself or order cleaning for 3000 SEK.

Cabin in Kläppen ski in-ski out

The cottage is located in Kläppens ski area in the part called “In the middle of the piste”. Ski route to and from the cottage easily takes you down to the ski slope. The cottage consists of four apartments, and this is located on the ground floor overlooking the mountain. Access to wood-fired sauna outside the cabin (shared with the apartment next door). There is also a nice barbecue area next to the cabin.

The cottage is renovated in 2016. Large hall with drying cabinet and boot rack, bathroom with shower and sauna, open plan with large kitchen(dishwasher/induction stove etc), living room with kitchen table, sofa and TV. Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed and one 120 bed. Bedroom 2 has a 180cm double bed. Bedroom 3 is a loft with two 90cm beds.
