De Veluwe en de IJssel zijn goed te bezoeken, maar steden als Zutphen en Zwolle zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Je mag de auto(‘s) bij het woonhuis parkeren. We bieden geen ontbijtservice. A loyal visitor to our property is the badger that lives in this region. Furthermore, you regularly see squirrels in the garden. The place is quiet and has a lot of privacy. Beautiful authentic property built in 1895 in the center of Apeldoorn. Shops, restaurants, market and the station are all within walking distance. The fully furnished studio includes a bedroom and living area and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200), which can easily be converted into two single beds. The living area has a separate dining area in the conservatory next to a cozy sitting area.

From the kitchen, from the couch or from the spacious garden you look out over the newly landscaped orchard, over the meadows towards the setting sun. The house is new and fresh and fully equipped. The final 'details' are currently being finalized. In the area are many beautiful cycling routes and beautiful nature areas to walk. The landlords are happy to advise on this.
