In the wider area there are various activities - hiking, biking, downhill and cross-country skiing - everything this corner of Šumavský has to offer. The shepherd's hut is located on the outskirts of the built-up part of the village and is adjacent to the peaceful development of houses. SHEPHERD'S HUT IS NOT SECLUDED!!!

Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Three houses - View

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Three houses - Studio

"Eccentric" with strip windows to the east and west, a little aside behind an old willow next to grazing herds. Equipped kitchen, sofa bed, fireplace, open bedroom upstairs, terrace overlooking the countryside. The cottage is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Unique healing stay in a caravan next to menhirs

Glamping MORNING DEW

WINTER MODE: In the winter months, the water system is drained (no running water). There is drinking water in canisters and an indoor camping pressure shower. The tiny house is heated, suitable for winter stays. Ideal for couples or solo retreat. Tiny house is fully self-sufficient - electricity from solar panels, heating and cooking on gas. If you are looking for an unconventional, quiet and conscious New Year's Eve, this place is for you. We will be happy to customize your stay and explain everything in advance.

Maringotka Gerlovka, experiential accommodation in Šumava

Maringotka Gerlovka is located in the beautiful environment of Šumava within reach of interesting tourist destinations, winter ski slopes, cross-country trails and those in nearby Germany. It stands on a plot near the owners' holiday home, about 50m from the road, but is located in such a way as to avoid mutual invasion of privacy. The caravan has a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with flush toilet and shower, dining table, sofa, underfloor heating and stove, so it can be fully used even in winter.

Zahrada

A garden with a cottage above Sušice, where you can look at Kašperk, silhouetted on the horizon, from the bed. In the morning, a misty haze rises in the Otava Valley and you can enjoy coffee overlooking the sunrise over the Šumava hills. It's a stone's throw to Sušice for a cake at Rendl's bakery. The town itself offers many activities, you can go down the Otava, walk the path in the treetops, swim in the weir or go out for lunch to the famous restaurant on Svatobor (Hejlík aprooved).

We offer a wonderfully renovated space overlooking the forests and meadows of the Šumava region, surrounded by a permaculture garden. The caravan has a minimalist kitchen with a stove, kettle, stove and fridge. Comfortable sleep is guaranteed on a large king size bed. If necessary, 2 bunk beds are also available, see photo. A newly exposed terrace with seating also offers a perfect awakening. Next to the trailer is a small house with two toilets, a sink and a shower.
