The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is conveniently located in the village of Koh Samed. 5 minute walk from Nadan pier, 10 minute walk to Saikaew beach. There are several small shops, restaurants and bars close by. The house also has a fully fitted kitchen and a washing machine to do your own laundry in. Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speakers (sound bar) are in place for Your entertainment. The loft bedroom has one queen size bed. Two single size mattresses are added if booking is made for over 4 people.
