Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kofu

The place was in a convenient location and was close by the grocery. Space was very minimalist and has a staircase access going to the second floor. We were 5 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we booked last minute so the amenities prepared were for 4 that time. It was hard to manage the heater since the breaker would get tripped when we had to run the heater on all the rooms and was told to run the heater one at a time. During this time , it was an unusually cold winter and it was hard to manage with all the kids freezing. I suggest to bundle up or bring some hand warmers.

The place is great! From amenities to privacy. We have a total privacy and it feels like home. Host is also responsive and accommodating from our enquiries. Near to MRT station too! Will stay here again the next i come back to Japan. :)

Great place to stay at, place a next to a sinful ice cream shop. 😂 the interior is spotless, everything is nicely placed and it even comes with a projector for some movie screening! It is definitely worth the price and a place we will come back to whenever in the area. 😁

Great place to stay right next to the train station. Beautiful views of Fuji right out the window. Many shops, cafes, restaurants, and points of interest within a few minutes walk. Stayed for two nights with my family and we had no issues at all. Don’t miss the Forest Music Museum!

ホストの名取様にとても親切に対応していただきホスピタリティを感じました。駐車場が少し入り辛いのですが、それを心配して、到着すると駐車場に出てきてご案内してくださり、帰りも道路に出るまで安全確認をしてくださいました。 お部屋はテーマのある内装で、楽しく快適でした。バス・トイレも新築のような綺麗さでした。 早川港は徒歩圏内で、付近には良いレストランもあり、美味しい海鮮をいただくことができ大満足です。娘にもお心遣いをいただき感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。また機会がありましたら利用させていただきたいです。

We had a great stay and no complaints about the property. It was spotlessly clean, check in and check out were seamless and there was cleaning products left for us as well as a fully furnished kitchen. We were very comfortable the entire time. The hill is no problem if you are relatively fit but getting our suitcases up the first day was a bit tough. If you are looking for a hub between Odawara and Hakone, this location works fine and the accommodation is very close to Iriuda station, however if you plan to explore areas like Mt. Hakone / lake ashi it does take a little more time to reach from this location.

Très bon logement qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. La literie et le lit sont de très grande qualité dignes d'un hôtel ce qui est rare, la douche est très spacieuse et agréable. Le logement est très bien équipé, et idéal pour 4 personnes. Les instructions étaient claires et très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Beautiful house that felt like grandma home. I have a very good stay in the place , everything is as described and clean.

Fairly secluded but it gives a serene experience of staying in a local area in someone's own house. Fumio-san was very responsive and helpful. Of course the weather is unpredictable but we had one day of clear sky to view magnificent Mt Fuji.

Kim and her husband, Chef at their wonderful restaurant Fresh Water shabushabu were extremely helpful and welcoming to my family during our stay. It helped greatly that Kim spoke very good English and clearly knew the area well. The house was pristine and had a sauna bathroom which everyone enjoyed. The view of Mount Fuji greeted us every morning except the last when the weather was very cloudy. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Fujikawaguchiko again.

Thank you for having us in your lovely house. It’s a very cosy place with everything you need. The hosts are very helpful we hope to stay again.

We had such a great time at Eiji’s place. It’s in a quiet area with beautiful views from the balcony. I didn’t think we would use the onsen because it was so hot, but after a long day, it was so nice and relaxing to go in the warm water. We biked to the best udon in town: 黒うどん山長 せんごくはら. It’s a tiny restaurant only 5-10 minutes by bike. We would definitely stay at Eiji’s place again.

房间很干净很大，厨具设备很完备，有泡澡的汤池，门口有自动贩卖机，旁边有711。但是对于没有车的人不是很友好，要上一个特别陡的坡，拖行李来很不方便得打车。有两个房间，房间是下沉类型，拿行李也不是很方便。但是空调制冷还不错。感觉适合家里有厨师司机的人群过来度假，不适合学生过来团建。

这趟旅行是我和我同学的毕业旅行，这间房子和东京的酒店反差很大，空间大且设施齐全，环境也让人感到舒适

Everything was within walking or biking distance, and the area was truly beautiful. The garden was also very charming and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was easy and we always received quick responses. I definitely recommend staying here!

My stay was very nice and cozy though the condo building felt quiet. Rei has great taste in design and furnishing to make her guests feel at home. Recommend to drive here so that you could explore around freely.

조용히 있다가기 너무 좋습니다 근처 근접성과 이온몰도 있어서 최고에요

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

This is a truly wonderful place to stay—surrounded by nature and filled with an incredible sense of peace, accompanied by the gentle sound of birds and a flowing river. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice; the property is even more beautiful in person, and I’m so glad we chose it. Eriko was a fantastic host, always attentive and thoughtful. We walked to an onsen just 10 minutes away, which was an amazing experience. The private onsen on the property was perfect for my little girls (5 and 7 years old), and enjoying breakfast on the balcony with the sound of the river in the background felt absolutely magical. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hakone.
