Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Koh Pich

The apartment/building was easily located and within the area that I like to stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The area around the apartment complex is quite busy yet the room itself provided a low stress, quiet environment. One notable issue upon arrival was internet connection. It resolved itself overtime due to the instructions provided by a staff member. When I am back in Phnom Penh, I would be open to staying in the same complex. Thanks, Brian

Great place! This is a new, well maintained and comfortable building with excellent amenities. The apartment is one bedroom, one bathroom and one living room. Everything feels new and clean. The pool and gym are first-rate. The hosting is friendly, thoughtful and helpful. This is excellent value. The only downside is the location, which across the river from town in Chroy Changvar. It is a 10 minute taxi ride to town, and there's really nothing nearby. That being said, I would definitely stay there again.

love this place. Especially the gym and swimming pool and skybar. Many things are provided for free, such as clothes hangers and buckets, paper towels And the rent is not expensive. The Internet is fast. Very clean.

Reasey’s place has been my favorite Airbnb stop while traveling overseas. His kind uncle greeted me with the key and sent up missing remotes for the tv and aircons. Reasey responds quickly to any inquiries and even accepted an additional day’s stay for me. The place is spacious and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. I was able to do laundry as there’s a washer provided. I was also able to cook meals in the kitchen. The WiFi worked well for me, too which is important since I work online. The only negative was I was able to hear the couple next door arguing for two days. That’s if noise bothers you. I can sleep through a party (and actually have). It made for good entertainment to me. Haha. I enjoyed this place so much and will be looking for it during my next stay in Phnom Penh. This particular place was on the fourth floor. There’s no elevator so keep that in mind if you’re looking to stay here. Otherwise, it’s pretty perfect. I only left because my visa was expiring. Thanks for a great stay, Reasey.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit meinem Zimmer bei Thida. Ich liebe es, draußen zu sein, deswegen war das Zimmer perfekt für mich: Die eine Seite des Zimmers ist eine große Terrassentür. Auf der Terrasse sind ein Tisch und Stühle, Pflanzen und das Badezimmer - man duscht also quasi draußen, geschützt durch den Blick auf einen wunderschönen Baum. Ich habs geliebt. Außerdem habe ich mich für dieses Zimmer entschieden, weil ich eine Küche haben wollte. Ich habe die Küche im Endeffekt kaum genutzt, deswegen war die Ausstattung genügend für mich. Wenn man jedoch viel kochen möchte, bräuchte man wahrscheinlich mehr Equipment, ich bin mir sicher, dass Thida in dem Fall aushelfen könnte. Ich habe den AC nicht genutzt, für mich waren die beiden Ventilaren genug, und ich konnte die Balkontür die ganze Zeit offen lassen. Besonders gut war außerdem die zentrale Lage, ich habe mit meinem Moto schnell alle Areas erreichen können. Thida ist sehr unterstützend und zuverlässig. Danke für dieses Zuhause!

My stay at Thong's place was very good. His communication was excellent, his family and him were very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and very well stocked (it even had toothpaste, soap, cooking oil, full kitchen utensils etc and when I asked for a fan for the bathroom he courteously brought one for me), the location was very good, on this street are a lot of trees so even during the day the room was not hot. Super easy check-in and check-out, comfortable bed, I can't ask for anything more, I would stay again. Very happy with my stay here. Thanks Thong!

Vanny and his family are wonderful, warm, kind people. Their facility isn’t for everyone - the stairwell to the first and top floors are steep and many of the showers lack hot water, but the entire building is kept spotlessly clean. Being a hostel, most guests are younger people traveling with backpacks. It’s certainly an opportunity to meet people from around the world and with the friendly, warm environment created by Vanny and his family, it’s a pleasant experience to stay there. I was there for a month. I’m an older person in my late 60’s and I choose Vanny’s place so I could have the opportunity to meet people. I did a lot of work while I stayed there and found that the wifi and electricity were more than adequate. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Great host. Nice place and location

Great place just around the corner from PNH airport(10 minutes by taxi during rush hours), in quiet and green neighbourhood. Place is very clean, comfy and feels like at home. The host is superfriendly, very proactive and is taking good care of the place and her guests. On the rooftop there's a terrace with a view on the runway and airport terminal. If you are aviation fan you can spend hours there chilling with a drink comfortably watching the airplanes on short final for landing. Another great thing is the host loves dogs and cats so there is a bunch of cute dogs and cats chilling around the house and the garden. So if you are pet lover who likes airplanes, there's no better place to stay😉!

Good place, definitely no problem at all with cockroaches as other people said in the comments, the place was clean and comfy. The host doesn't respond too quickly, so make sure you have all the info before the check-in. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!

This condo has really good location And very cool swimming pool view The kitchen equipment is insufficient to cook , the owner offers you to bring whatever you lack but I could not bother , since it is too many things lacking if you want to cook. Probably it is just me This condo in total had a very good price - quality ratio

Çin Mahallesi’nde ilk kez kaldım. Güzel bir deneyimdi. Ev sahibimiz hiçbir zaman yalnız bırakmadı. Taleplerimizi yerine getirdi. Kendisi aynı sokakta bulunan pastaneyi de işletiyor. 55 katlı bir kulede ilk kez kaldım. Burası bir residance. Kapıda güvenlik görevlileri var ve kartla binaya girebiliyorsunuz. Manzara harika. En üst katta ücretsiz kullanabileceğiniz bir havuz var. OldTown’a yürüme mesafesinde. Yerel yemekler ve Avrupa yemekleri için OldTown’a gitmelisiniz. Bu şehirde Tuol Sleng Soykırım Müzesi’ni mutlaka ziyaret etmelisiniz.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Sandrine. Nous sommes restés 1 mois. L’immeuble et l’appartement sont spacieux et confortables. Le personnel est serviable. Des commerces, supermarché moderne et petit marché khmer, sont accessibles à pieds dans la rue de l’immeuble.

The place was just as the pictures! It was clean and comfortable to stay. There’s a nice river view too. I was able to find a lot of nice places that was in walkable distance, such as food, massage etc. It was a happening area as well, especially because it was the Cambodia new year during my stay, there were a lot of people celebrating nearby, it was a fun experience for me! Other than that, Tharo was an amazing host, accommodating me the best he could! Always responsive and helpful :) Overall, I think this is a good location in Phnom Penh, close to everywhere you would like to visit in Phnom Penh. Highly recommended!

Darwin Villa was a wonderful place to stay. A private room with a balcony spa bath, overlooking the Mekong River. The sunrise and nighttime view were spectacular. I will definitely stay again. 5 stars.
