The cabin is very cozy, makes you feel like you don’t want to leave, the furniture is very well put together and the views are amazing, the host is very friendly and it is clear that he loves the place. Sometimes if it is snowy you might need an offroader to get directly to the cabin, but the friendly host didn’t hesitate to offer us rides with the staff car

Восхитительное место: уютно и уединённо. С террасы открывается вид на панораму города. В доме всё есть: зубные щетки, тапочки, вся нужная посуда, угли, розжиг. Открытая горячая ванная восхитительна! С удовольствием приедем снова.

i travelled with parents and kids and fortunately selected kassyms place. Right from the time of booking,kassym was extremely helpful and responsive. Hello helped us literally with everything...Food,accomodation,travelling,sight seeing,local shopping,food,currency exchange and what not. On top of that,his parents were kind enough to send us some local bread to eat and whatever utilities we required during our stay. I think,this trip would not have been possible without kassym and his familys help and support. Thank you so much Highly recommended

Добрый день! Останавливался в этой квартире в июне 2025 — остались только положительные впечатления. Пространство очень уютное, с современным интерьером и тёплой атмосферой. Всё продумано до мелочей: от кухонных полотенец и таблеток для посудомойки стирального порошка до патчей и ушных палочек. Очень чисто, бельё и полотенца свежие в достаточном кол-ве, матрас удобный — спать было комфортно и тихо. Локация — одна из лучших в Алмате: всё рядом — рестораны, магазины, барбершопы, прогулочные зоны. Вид на горы потрясающий, но особенно порадовало, что окна выходят во двор — нет уличного шума, и солнце не перегревает квартиру. Это особенно актуально летом. Спасибо за отличный приём — с удовольствием вернусь!

Excellent place. Good location, walking distance from Green Bazaar and the Cathedral Ascension. Central Park is also 3-4 min walk. The decor of the apartment is also amazing. The apartment itself is very good. Spacious room and the lounge/sitting room was where we spent our time and watched TV at night. Internet facility is available , you can easily log in to Netflix and watch movies. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything you can think of, right from oil, salt, sugar to cheese grater and other cooking accessories. The same goes for the bathroom. neat and clean, he provided clean towels, tooth brush and tooth paste along with ear cleaning buds. I mean these people take care of everything and provide everything. You think of it and it's there in the house. The sweetest gesture was the box of chocolates that was kept for us as a welcome present. Overall, we had a great experience.
