Kom met z'n twee tot rust in onze kleine maar supergezellige, lichtrijke studio. Van op het 2e verdiep heb je een mooi (zijdelings) zeezicht op het brede strand van Ster Der Zee, op slechts 25 meter. Je verblijft net buiten het drukke centrum maar op wandelafstand van de winkels, terrasjes en restaurants van Koksijde en St. - Idesbald. De studio is volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om van een geslaagde vakantie te genieten. Let op: in het gebouw is geen lift aanwezig.

We loved our stay at this villa very much. From the moment you step inside, you immediately feel at home thanks to the warm and cozy interior. Anything you need for a comfortable stay is present. Moreover, there is plenty of entertainment for both young and old, so you will never be bored. Jess and Chris were very friendly and they were always there for us. They responded quickly to our questions and showed a lot of flexibility when needed. We highly recommend this villa.

Great communication with Stijn and very attentive. Small accommodation but ideal for a stay by the sea with a breathtaking view. Everything you need is there (oven, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher tablets, dish towels, etc.) All stores are within walking distance. Numerous parking spaces nearby for €7 per day. Recommended!

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. Martine's welcome was particularly warm and accompanied by some treats! The accommodation is very clean, bright and spacious, ideal for two. We came to study and the place was perfect: very quiet, which really facilitated our work. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient on a daily basis. And of course, the location, a stone's throw from the sea, is perfect. A big thank you to Martine for her kindness and valuable advice. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice apartment with views of the beach and the dike on the 1st floor. In the center of the Coxide dike and close to everything. Perfect for a short family vacation. Thanks to Guus who is very available and accommodating! It was a good stay! The kids loved it!:-)

We had a lovely stay at Geert's place. The apartment is spacious. there were 4 of us and we never felt cramped. The view was perfect. big plus for the bathroom, the size and amenities of the kitchen as well as for the living room and its huge sofa. We opted for the bedding supplement. everything was spotless and smelled very good! thanks again!

We had a wonderful time at this place. The location is unbeatable - the beach is practically right on your doorstep. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very tidy, you felt comfortable from the first moment. We were particularly impressed by the extensive amenities - everything you need was really there. The check-in was straightforward and the host was very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend this place.
