Holiday rentals with a patio in Kolasin

Nevena's apartment is nicely decorated and of high quality. Surroundings is quiet and scenic very beautiful. We were personally welcomed by Maja, the housekeeper, the communication worked smoothly. The location of the apartment is very nice, quiet on the edge of the forest, and you can still walk to downtown in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and recommend Nevena's apartment!

The apartment is in a convenient location, there is a parking space, independent entry and exit, new furniture, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, it is clean, cozy, there is air conditioning. The host communicates pleasantly, responds quickly to messages.

Unique experience. They have mastered the camp vibe. Very good and clean public spaces, well maintained. You can choose between a tree-house a cabin or tents. All well build and all unique, but together it works. Also the view is magnificent for that cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sun go down. Definitely worth it.

Our stay was incredible. The apartment is impecable, very very clean, good WiFi connection, next to the monastery, we have no complaints. Ivona’s mom is very lovely and cook very well, we highly recommend her breakfast. It’s well equipped and all the furniture looks new. We loved ❤️

Beautiful typical accommodation located in a peaceful location with a beautiful table for an aperitif outside! Host was very hospitable and helpful. We even had a homemade pie that was delicious! I recommend without a doubt

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

The property is very pleasant, cozy and very fully equipped. The cleanest cottage we have stayed in in Montenegro. New appliances in kitchen and bathroom. It is not a large stay but fine for 4 people. The porch is a pre, you will hear the creek across the street from the cottage. It's a pity that it is on a side road of a fairly busy main road, but you don't have much inconvenience, just some traffic noise in the background. The cottage is centrally located, close to Kolasin and a 20 minute drive to ski lifts and entrance Biogradska Gora NP. Contact with Aleksander was very easy and he was always immediately available. I highly recommend the cottage!

Secluded villa with a mind-blowing view of the town, access there only by car The kitchen was small but fully equipped with everything, The house is clean and tidy and you feel they invested to have a pleasant atmosphere and a good stay

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Brand new luxury building, all new furniture and appliances, super clean! One thing that we didn’t expect is FREE mini bar in our room as a welcome gift, very nice touch! Only a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants, magnificent views from the balcony! I would truly recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful scenery. There were a couple of other cabins next to ours however we had the place to ourselves which made it extra peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying if you are in the area and like to book Airbnbs with good views like me. Shout out to Andjela for being responsive on whats app
