Holiday rentals with a patio in Komani Lake

Entry and exit was very seamless. Location of the house was very central. House was decently cleaned. It had kitchen equipment, nespresso machine and capsules and also tea. However it was a bit cold. It had a heater in bedroom and an AC in living room. Heater was working fine but AC wasn't really heating the place up.(maybe we couldn't figure it out.) Overall i would stay here again on my next trip.

Great place, has everything you need. Location is great too. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was cozy, spacious, and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the city center, which made it super convenient to explore. There’s also a mall right next to the building with fresh fruits and veggies, which was a nice bonus. Plenty of bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and both the main train and bus stations are less than a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

1 yaşında çocuğumuz ile beraber ilk airbnb kiralamamızdı, evde yemek yapmak ve yaşamak için her şey eksiksiz olarak vardı. Evi çok beğendik. Temizliği ve bütün malzemeleri yeterliydi. Klima ve panjur çok iyi oldu. Kapalı garaj olması iyiydi sıcak hava olduğu için zorlanmadık. Her şey harikaydı. Kısa mesafede bir çok market ve cafe rahatlıkla bulabildik. İletişim olarak da gayet iyi ve rahat anlaştık.

Daha önce farklı zamanlarda da konakladığım bir daire burası.. Ve her zamanki gibi çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadım.. Daha önce de memnun kalmıştım ve yine aynı şekilde çok güzeldi..

крутая квартира. прям очень понравилась. хозяева круто переделали какой-то сарай или склад в крутое и необычное жилье и благоустроеннуб,территорию в округе. очень удобно, красиво и необычно. вайфай норм. заселение в удоьное время локация доступна вроде как,только на машине и в 4 минутах езды от аэропорта.

시내에서 다소 떨어진 위치였지만 자동차로 여행하는 사람들에게는 전혀 문제가 되지 않아요. 오히려 고요하고 아름다운 숙소에서의 숙박은 우리에게 많은 행복을 안겨다 주었읍니다. 호스트는 너무나 친절했고, 항상 신속하게 응답했으며, 정성으로 만들어준 팬게잌도 맛이 좋았어요. 이 숙소를 적극 추천합니다.

Great apartmentment, surrounded by mountains and a beautiful lake. lots of bars and restaurants near by, and only 10/15 mins away from the Shkoder city centre.

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

This place is just amazing, the house is packed with all sorts of things you would need to feel just at home. I chose it because it was close to the airport but I didn't expect to receive such hospitality and comfort. The house was extremely clean, the furniture was very plenty and the surrounding garden was beautiful. Ivana and her mother are amazing people, they did everything to make me comfortable and safe, I cannot thank them enough. Ivana's mother prepared some very tasty coffee and treats for me, they are both very genuine and kind hearted people. It was a very pleasant experience staying there and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel at home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb on the serene shores of a lake, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. Nie ma lepszego miejsca w Podgoricy. apartament jest zlokalizowany w spokojnej, kameralnej okolicy wśród domków jednorodzinnych. stąd wszędzie jest blisko. jesteś w centrum miasta, a masz zapewniony spokój, ciszę i intymność. bardzo fajne miejsce. polecam bardzo mocno!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Podgorica

Everything was great during our stay. Apartment is new and shiny clean. Everything what is needed for long stay is there, air conditioning in both rooms. Gentjan provided us with all the cleaning and bathroom essentials which was very kind of him. All the communications with the host was also pleasant. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach and restaurants. The only thing which wasn’t good for us is power outages, those happened only during off-season (October), because I suppose some constructions were done. Nothing too long, but inconvenient for those who work remotely. Other than that, I totally recommend the place and host!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sehr sauber und hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich kann sie jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut und unkompliziert.

The apartment matched the description and photos perfectly. Check-in was smooth, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The host was very polite and accommodating, even helping us with an early check-in. Everything went great — I definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed for 6 nights and I must say this was one of the best flats we’ve been to, but not just how it looked, also the host. The communication was smooth, fast answers all the time whenever we had a question, we got a lot of suggestions on where to go as well. In terms of the flat – 2 very nice balconies with nice views, everything inside looks almost luxury, the variation of lights, the comfy chairs. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking and there is a quite modern washing machine. The Internet was good for any type of calls/videocalls/work. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the main bus station, very close to the central walking area as well, and the bus station to the castle is just across the street. In general everything was super cosy and pleasant. Highly recommended and would come back again.

Everything was great, Mrika was welcoming, location is wonderful. Full reccomendation for everyone.

alojamiento confortable, muy bien provisto para una agradable estancia. bien ubicado, con facil acceso a la entrada y salida de la ciudad. Con un gran hipermercado enfrente, asi como tambien tiendas y restaurantes. Milos siempre estuvo presente Lo recomendamos.
