This place was the perfect romantic hideaway for our trip to Izmir. The earthy tones and creative design made it feel so special and intimate. We especially loved curling up in the mezzanine sleeping nook — yes, the ceiling is low, but it added to the cozy vibe. While the apartment lacks natural light, the lighting design makes up for it completely. Every evening felt calm and warm. Highly recommend this stay for couples who love stylish, unique spaces.

Da in unserer gebuchten Wohnung wegen Bauarbeiten in der Straße das Wasser spontan abgestellt werden sollte, konnten wir diese Wohnung nicht belegen. Sarp bot uns noch vor unserem Flug nach Izmir eine größere Alternativwohnung zum selben Preis an, die wir annahmen. Alles war absolut bestens. Die saubere, schöne Wohnung liegt sofort am Meer und an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Man kann alle Ziele einfach erreichen. Sarp ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Er stellte uns Kaffee und Kekse zum Gebrauch bereit. Die Wohnung mit Balkon zum Meer hin ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wer abends gerne fernsehen möchte, kommt gut auf seine Kosten. Der WLAN Empfang ist ebenfalls bestens. Alles in allem: Ich empfehle diese Wohnung gerne weiter und war rundum zufrieden.

L'unico neo,.diciamo.così,. è la pendenza notevole della strada per raggiungere la casa, se non si vuole prendere un taxi,con i bagagli può essere molto faticoso. Bisogna quindi bilanciare, secondo il budget disponibile, se ricorrere al taxi o no. Per il resto, consigliatissimo

İlandaki açıklamalara gönül rahatlığıyla güvenebilirsiniz. Evle ilgili tüm artılar ve eksiler açıkça belirtilmiş; neyle karşılaşacağınızı bilerek tercih yapabiliyorsunuz. Evin konumu oldukça sakin ve sessiz; şehir merkezinin kalabalığından uzaklaşıp kafa dinlemek isteyenler için uygun. Canlı mekanlara ulaşmak için toplu taşıma kullanmak gerekebilir. Konumu her türlü toplu taşımaya yakın. Sadece tramvaydan indikten sonra eve ulaşmak için yokuş çıkılması gerekiyor ( meşhur asansörü kullanarak yokuştan kurtulmanız mümkün). Ev temizlik konusunda hiçbir şüpheye yer bırakmayacak şekilde özenliydi; fayanslar parlıyordu, eşyalar düzenliydi. Ev son derece zevkli döşenmişti ve sıcak atmosferiyle hemen bizimmiş gibi sahiplendik. Hatta bazı günler İzmir’i gezmek yerine manzaranın karşısında evde oturmayı tercih ettiğimiz oldu. Cansu Hanım bizi bizzat karşıladı, çevreyle ilgili detaylı bilgi verdi ve özel ihtiyaçlarımıza bile destek oldu. Kendisi çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Teşekkür ederiz :) <3

Volkan's apartment was perfect for our week in Izmir. A short walk from the train station, the tram line, or the ferries. It was above a fun lively street with a lot of restaurants and bars, but we never noticed any noise in the bedroom. The apartment itself was comfortable and the AC's were perfect for the summer heat. It was also nice to have a washer for our trip. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to any guests considering staying here.

If you want to stay in the middle of it all, Rooster’s place is a great choice. However, because you are in the middle of it all, a good night’s sleep might be hard to get, but that’s the location, not Rooster’s fault. Ismail, who communicated with and helped us during our stay, was great and responsive. If you want to party, this is the place for you. If you want a quiet and restful night, you may want to look somewhere away from this area. We enjoyed the easy access to the water and the restaurants/bars. The area is very Bohemian. I gave this place 5 overall stars because the place is clean and well equipped, but be aware that the location may not be for every taste due to noise level at night.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend – sehr zentral, mit Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Der Gastgeber Can war sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön – besonders die Aussicht und der Balkon haben uns begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut gelegen und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!

Mustafa was a great host, everything was smooth and easy. He was very responsive and the apartment is a high standard. Good gym facility and the pool was nice. Would recommend.

Öncelikle ev gerçekten gerçekten evimde gibi hissettirdi. Konumu her yere yakın ve ulaşımı kolaydı. Tek olmama rağmen evin her alanı kullanışlıydı. Resimlerdeki gibi her şey birebir aynıydı. İş ve arkadaş ziyareti için gittiğim İzmir'den burası sayesinde gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Ayrıca Remote çalıştığım için Deniz beye özellikle belirttiğim internet kullanımı ve çalışma alanı konusunda doğru bilgi verdiği için teşekkür ediyorum. Eve girişim konusunda da yardımcı olan Şebnem Hanımada çok teşekkür ederim. Huzurla ve güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz.

We had a great stay at Ege’s place. Walkable to lots of food and activities plus the Izban and tram. There is some street noise at night as the place is on a busy pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants.

Die Wohnung von Boris war absolut top! Sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Aussicht war wirklich wunderschön und hat den Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Boris war ein super Gastgeber – sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Er hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob wir noch etwas brauchen, und wenn wir eine Kleinigkeit benötigten, haben wir sie sofort erhalten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Toller Gastgeber, tolle Wohnung, toller Service – absolut empfehlenswert!
