The historic house shows the year 1773 painted on the walls. The house was originally located in the village's cluster and was bombed during World War II. When the farm's operating building was constructed, the remnants of the house were set up as a living room next to the barn and today it appears as an intimate and cozy little house with a lot of history and soul. All facilities are, of course, completely modern. The residence in the middle of the valley, down towards the fjord and innermost in Høgsfjorden, provides an unforgettable holiday in this old living room.

Newer townhouse from 2015 with 3 bedrooms (double bed 180cm x 2m, 1 children's room with pull-out bed under 2 pieces 90cm x 2m, as well as new smaller children's room in the top floor with 80x200 that pulls out to a double bed). Sleeps 6, but can arrange for 1 mattress on the floor in the basement living room if desired for the 7th person. Here, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walking distance to Kongeparken, Norwegian Outlet, swimming areas and mountain hikes. 10 minutes from Sandnes and 25 minutes from Stavanger.

This is an older cabin with simple decor and power supply with solar panel. There is the possibility of charging a mobile phone in the USB outlet. There is a fireplace with wood burning,possibility of barbecue, fridge,and stove/cooking with gas. There are plates,bowls,glasses,cups and cutlery, cheese slicer,and can opener. There is no running water,so we fill up water cans with clean drinking water,which can be used for both cooking and dishwashing The outhouse is prepared outside the cabin Rent of bed linen 150,- per set per person At 120,- per bag.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 minutes drive from Egersund city center and about 5 minutes from the E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the yard on Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple who walk free. The house is very modern and well equipped.
