This stylish apartment of about 50 m² is located in the attic of a two-family house in the port city of Sassnitz – a charming place on Rügen's east coast. Sassnitz is located directly on the famous chalk coast and offers a historic old town, a fishing port and close proximity to the Jasmund National Park – an ideal starting point for a variety of explorations. The west wing of Haus Landruh is a small (20 sqm), bright apartment with separate entrance and views of Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site). The bus lines (RPNV) 14, 20 & 23 are approx. 200 meters away in the village of Hagen. Sassnitz, The small port town is 8 km away. There are various shops and leisure activities there. Rooftops for the young at heart

View overlooking the JASMUNDER BODDEN (LAGUNE). There is a sleeping alcove accessible via a space-saving staircase, offering views of the JASMUNDER BODDEN. The living room features a Bullerjan-style wood-burning stove and a west-facing balcony. The floors are laid with oiled oak parquet. Shared terrace with a beach chair and dining tables. Christoph uses the apartment from time to time; consequently, the kitchen is extensively equipped, and sorry some drawers are occupied.

Apartment No. 4 (50m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is just a 2-minute walk away via the private path. Also the national park and harbor are only about 5 min away by foot. The apartment has a living-bedroom, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlight are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

Our apartment 302 is on the 3rd floor of the majestic Fürstenhof in Sassnitz on the island of Rügen. The large balcony is south-facing and from here you can enjoy stunning views of the Baltic Sea and the passing ship traffic. There are numerous cafes and restaurants just steps from the apartment. Not far from the Fürstenhof begins the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.

From the living room of the apartment you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea with views to Cape Arkona.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
