Villa holiday rentals in Konkan Division

I visited with my family of 8 people for 2 days and the place turned out to be best. The location is great with sea facing view from the balcony. The villa is within a complex with other villas so is not isolated. The caretaker is very helpful. All amenities were available as described. A couple of instances of power cut were observed but not a deal breaker and they have power back up so will have lights and fans working, which is great. Food is available through a canteen within the premises, they serve good authentic maharashtrian food. The quantity is just adequate for an individual. Will recommend to order a little extra as this is a canteen and they prepare limited food as per the order. Other good restaurants available nearby too. A very responsive host. Overall a great experience and will surely visit again. Thank you for the great service 😊

We stayed there for 3 nights, I must say it's worth of your money. From all my bnb experiences, this property is well maintained, rooms,washrooms,kitchen are neat and clean. She has got her staff so gentle n dedicated towards their duty, jotiba kaka n his wife are above n beyond in prociding service. It offers a magnificent view of mountain. Location wise, its near to market n other points. Best part is the locality is calm n perfect to relax. Hope she maintains the property as it is.

The place was luxurious and beautiful. Wonderful valley views and a fantastic infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and huge, and the place is done up beautifully.. very eclectic taste. The food was so so good. And Ushama was on top of everything and nothing moved an inch without her approval. She was so helpful and she recommended us great dishes. The only hitch in a near perfect vacation was the approach road… we went with 2 SUVs yet, one couldn’t make it all the way to the house.. as the tyre punctured while trying to race up the gravel… and the second one barely made it.. but Ushama made sure we got proper parking and a mechanic for the car which didn’t make it. But I would recommend this place and although we went in March, I’m sure it’ll look divine in the monsoons .. big thumbs up for this one .

This one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in so close to mumbai .180 year old heritage property that’s lovingly looked after by the owners and Ganesh n Sangeeta who make everything comfortable. Sangeeta is an amazing cook n Ganesh with his Sunny n helpful attitude made us feel very much at home . Since it’s so close to home we will surely visit again !

Everything about Seaview Soiree is beautiful. I’ve visited this place many times in the past and will continue to do so without a doubt. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect weekend getaway. Being a cleanliness freak myself, I rarely come across villas that meet my standards — but this one truly does. From the pool to the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, every corner is spotless. There’s not a single thing that would make you feel uncomfortable. You can truly see the love and care that has gone into creating and maintaining this villa. A solid 10/10!

We had a fantastic stay at Pali Villa, it was as you see in photos. Delicious home cooked meals. Surroundings are beautiful, you see a mountain range in front of you, must visit in monsoon. They even have a generator for power backup. Kavita and Kamalesh, caretakers of this property, are helpful and responsive. Angan is a quaint little abode nestled amongst mountains and trees. The place was quiet and peaceful. While the network connectivity is low, it was taken care by wahy of good wifi. The place is really well maintained by the caretaker. The architecture is amazing and leaves you in awe of all the domestic and brickwork. We friends had a great time in the property. It's slightly difficult to find because of the kuccha road of approx 1km from the main road, but Mr. Rajiv had given perfect directions with images, helping us with the navigation. He was also always available and responsive during our stay.

Had a wonderful experience at Arlington Luxe Stay in Mahabaleshwar! We stayed at the 4BHK Arlington Luxe ValleyView villa, and it truly lived up to its name—luxurious, spacious, and with a stunning view of the valley. The interiors were tastefully done, and the amenities were top-notch. A special shoutout to caretaker Jayesh and his wife, who went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend this villa for families or groups looking for a serene, high-end getaway in the hills. Will definitely visit again!

Whole stay was satisfying. The host staff was super friendly and supportive. The place was clean, hygienic and guarded. Villa is well maintained and served extactly what it showed in the pictures. Overall it was a great experience.

This is a hidden gem. Great place for a family vacation with extended family. Lots of activities for kids. Great swimming pool. table tennis, jacuzzi, disco, billiards, air hockey. The food prepared by the Maharaj was delicious (all vegetarian). good safe neighborhood, easy to walk out to some local restaurants. Many more within a short driving distance. We made so many good memories within our short 2-day stay. I highly recommend this place.

Very Beautiful and Serene Nature Retreat in Pawna with lakeview. It's a beautiful escape from the city life. It was a great experience overall.

Mar Selva is just stunningly beautiful. Tucked away in a beautiful forested part of Siolim, the villa offers peace and tranquility. It's very conveniently close to all the hot spots but yet offers ultimate privacy and solace. Ramakant and his team is just superb and ensures all the guest requirements are taken care of. would highly recommend Mar Selva for an enchanting holiday in Goa.

Stayed here with family—absolutely stunning! Loved the fact that there was a wheelchair ramp, cozy library nooks, and unique bedrooms with spiral balconies. Pool and gardens were so peaceful. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying quite luxury. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

The villa was very well-maintained and clean. Rooms were well-kept and ready when we arrived. All 3 pools were crystal clear and clean, kids had a great time. Dhananjay, he was the caretaker and kept coordinating to check if things were good for us. The pure veg food made by Chef Mithun was the best that we have eaten in Lonavala area when it comes to pure veg villa's. Even the service was on point and not delayed. Highly recommended and Overall 5/5 rating.. would love to come back and thank you for your hospitality.

My stay was great. The area is quiet, the place has great amenities, and it was very clean. The host, Karan, was very friendly and understanding. The caretaker, Vinod, was polite and very helpful at all times. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.

We stayed here for our office retreat, and the property exceeded all expectations. It was even better than the pictures the landscaping, the open spaces, and the overall vibe made it feel like a true escape from the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly proactive and helpful throughout. They even took care of the food arrangements, which turned out to be excellent and made our experience seamless. Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! I had an amazing stay at Teakwood Villa in Alibaug! The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The ambience was serene, and everything from the interiors to the outdoor setup was thoughtfully designed. The food was also really good, fresh, tasty, and served on time. The only issue I faced was with small insects in the bedroom on the upper floor. I am sure that was due to rain. It would be great if this can be taken care of for future guests. Other than that, everything was perfect and we had a lovely experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind with friends or family!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Brij Bungalow during our trip. The bungalow is extremely well maintained, and every detail reflects premium quality — from the Jaquar brand fittings to the fresh and classy interiors. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The ambiance is peaceful, and everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. A special mention to the owner uncle — he was very calm, courteous, and always ready to help whenever needed. The only minor downside was that the swimming pool is a bit small, but considering the overall experience, it didn’t affect our enjoyment much. Highly recommend Casa Brij for anyone looking for a premium and peaceful getaway!

We had an incredible experience at your property. The caretaker went above and beyond to assist us, and the food was truly exceptional. It was evident that the caretaker poured his heart into cooking, and the portions were wonderfully generous. We highly recommend this location and eagerly anticipate our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Rohit's BNB. The property is in a lush green area very close to the beach. Old world charm mixed with modern aesthetics. All the mentioned amenities like the pool, garden, bathroom etc. were provided and were in great condition. The highlight was the hospitality from the caretakers and the cooks. We utilised their services for nearly every meal. Still cannot forget the pomfret fry, solkadhi and malvani chicken that we enjoyed. Highly recommend.
