Holiday rentals with beach access in Konyaaltı

Die Wohnung war sehr schön alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Der Strand war zu Fuß innerhalb 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnanlage war ruhig. Ich hatte einen schönen Balkon. Ich würde die Unterkunft aufjedenfall nochmal besuchen

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was very new, clean and tidy, with a reliable cleaning service that kept everything fresh. The location is ideal, just outside the busy traffic areas, but still within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Nice spot for a 1-week stay in Antalya. Very friendly & responsive host. Good location - about 8minute walk to the beach. Nice restaurant options within a few minute walk. Strong wifi - good enough for video calls & streaming. Bed and couch are on the firmer side so weren't the most comfortable for me, but were as pictured. Shower has tricky temperature control, but does get hot. Keep the windows closed if you don't want the cats to come in :)

The apartment is well located not far from the sea, and close to bus stations. The area is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is clean, spacious, has a good vibe, and very nice daylight. We enjoyed its simplicity, while everything which is needed was available. we would love to go back there again. The communication with Bora always worked well. We recommend this place. Even in cold February we could sit on the nice balcony for meals and relaxing.

Yücel Bey gerçekten harika bir ev sahibi. Bütün ihtiyaçlarınızda anında ulaşabiliyorsunuz ve yardımcı oluyor. Ev de fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Çok temizdi ve çok rahattı. Tekrar geleceğimizde tercih edeceğimiz yer kesinlikle burası olacak.

Bütün bilgiler ve fotoğraflar birebir aynı. Konum olarak da sahile çok yakın ve merkezi bir yerde. Ev sahibi de gayet ilgiliydi ve yardımcı oldu, tavsiye ederim. fiyat performans denilebilir konumu için.

Great to stay Respected person as a host

The apartment matches the photos perfectly — clean, stylish, and with an amazing view from the window. It had everything we needed: iron, hairdryer, tea, even a beach umbrella. The host was always quick to reply and very helpful with all our questions.

Many thanks to the owner for the wonderful opportunity to relax in a nice flat, convenient location, great advantage that each room has its own air conditioning. There is a taxi button opposite the house for travelling and shopping to your taste. There is a shop nearby that has a lovely pomegranate wine, I recommend trying it. The house has all the necessary utensils. Thank you very much to the host, we had a marvellous time. At the end of our holiday we received a nice gift from the owner of the accommodation

Ferhat Bey mükemmel bir ev sahibiydi. Rezervasyon öncesi, rezervasyon süreci, konuta giriş, konaklama ve çıkış gibi tüm işlemlerde bizlere oldukça yardımcı oldu. Konum itibariyle denize ve bir çok işletmeye yakın konumdaydı. Bizim için harika bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. Tekrar Antalya’ya geldiğimde tekrar tercih edeceğim mekan! Her şey için teşekkürler🙏

Evin ulaşımı ve konumu çok iyiydi. Geniş aileler için bence çok iyi bir tercih. Denize yürüme mesafesi ile 5 dk. Ev sahibi cana yakındı. Genel anlamda güzel bir tatil geçirdik, teşekkür ederiz.

Birkaç mutfak araç gereci eksikliği dışında herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Bahçe katı ve balkonlu olması bizim işimize geldi. Ev yakın zamanda tedilat olmuş, eşyalar yeni ve sorunsuz çalışıyor. Konumu çok iyi, konyaaltı sahiline sadece 7-8 dk yürüyüş mesafesi.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber und die Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man findet alles in Fußnähe. Wir werden das Appartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. It was a real pleasure to wake up each day to such a lovely view. Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
