Great place to stay, close to city centre. Shop and restaurants nearby but still peaceful locations. Clean apartment exactly as in pictures and always quick answers from the owner.

Everything was great, really felt like home

We felt like we were in our own home, which is quite comfortable. It's a perfect apartment for 2 people, the location is very central. It would be nice to have a kettle, maybe a filter coffee machine to make tea, and I think it would be more appropriate to put tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. I think it is not very appropriate to ask us to dispose of the garbage (because the cleaning fee is charged)

A nice stay close to the center. Good kitchen and shower and a modern TV. Definitely recommended for the price

The host offers the accommodation at a very good price. I found a parking lot, a shop, and a mall nearby. The host responds quickly. The accommodation is wonderful, the air conditioning cools well. Smart home, very well equipped. Quality 10/10. There is even an elevator in the staircase. I recommend it!

The apartment is beautifully clean. The amenities are very good and in very good condition. I was surprised by the requirement that it is forbidden to smoke even on two balconies, which are available. And parking in the area is only for a fee, but it's relatively close to the center so you could expect it. The communication with the owner was very good. Quiet environment. Overall price/performance ratio 9 out of 10.

Very clean place with everything we needed for our stay. Close to downtown. Simona allowed us to check in early to accommodate us when arriving early which was very much appreciated.

A peaceful place and services are close by. You can walk to the old town. The apartment is really functional.

Everything went welll and apartment was really good for persons...

We enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s place. It was nice and cozy little apartment, very central with many attractions and pubs within a walkable distance. The only downside is parking, however, if you are lucky you can get an on street parking spot in front of the airbnb for around €20 for 24hrs. We’ve also met the host as we were leaving and he was very pleasant and kind. Would recommend 100%.

The apartment was a spacious, clean and comfortable space. Soňa's instructions were clear and it was easy self-check in I would absolutely recommend Soňa and her apartment if you are staying in Kosice.

Comfortable apartment, with good access to the city center,nearby several public transport stops, there was no problem with parking, around a lot of greenery and also a playground for children.

Ella’s apartment is absolutely charming and cosy. It is a short walk to the Main Street where all the sites and activities are. Easy 15 minute walk from the train/bus station. The bed is extremely comfortable. Best of all you will meet Ela who is the most welcoming and friendly host. Great pizza right across the road also. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here. Highly recommend.

The advantage of the apartment is definitely its location due to the proximity to the city center. The apartment is located on the first floor. For a one-bedroom apartment, it was very spacious, well-equipped. Ideal for an individual or a couple. Last but not least, I would like to point out the communication with Viktor, who responded very quickly to all questions, as well as provided instructions for accommodation in a timely and very brief manner. A pleasant bonus was provided in the accommodation refreshments and drinks, which I have not yet encountered. I definitely recommend it!

The place was super clean and well situated very near to where all the action is. It was so convenient to have a grocery store so close by. And it was very quiet.

Great location - just a 5 minute walk to the city center (St Nicholas cathedral). On-site parking was a huge plus. We enjoyed Netflix on the provided TV on this cold night

Great Stay with Perfect Location! We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is ideal, situated conveniently between the railway station and the city center. (both 5-10 mins) The recent renovation is evident, as everything felt fresh and modern. Self-checkin was seamless, and the host was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!
