Spend wonderful week of staying in this place, small apartment but great neighborhood.

This was my second time staying at StayFab’s apartment in Shimokita and just like the first time we loved it. We appreciate the apartments proximity to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an ideal size for a family traveling with kids. David is a great host and a great communicator.

Great location, Akasaka and Akasaka-mitsuke are the 2 main stations nearby. A lot of bars and restaurants, convenient and drug stores around. The only negative thing is a bit of noisy in the evenings. Apart from this the apartment is excellent highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

Peony is very responsive and flexible. we were given a late check out on the last day. Very understanding and humane. the location is okay. This peony place is better than the photo. highly recommend. but if the suitcase is large, you have to pay attention, the unit has to go through the manual stairs, without an elevator, the width of the stairs is small, but the stairs aren't too high, thankfully.

My family of 5 had a great time in Tokyo. Toshi's place was in an excellent location and close to transit, convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

It was clean, so it was really nice. There was an elevator, so it was comfortable. There are plenty of beds. There was a separate dressing room, so it was nice to be able to unfold all three carriers and hang clothes on the hangers. The door to the dressing room can be closed, so it was comfortable to change clothes. The bathroom was not narrow, and the bathtub and toilet were separated, so it was good for 4 family members to use the bathroom. After scheduling, I rested well while watching Beer YouTube and Disney on Android TV. As soon as you leave, there is a Family Mart If you walk a little bit, there's also a 7-Eleven. Don Quijote is also close. Next time I come to Tokyo, I'm willing to stay again. I had a good rest. Thank you ~ ~ ^ ^

Great stay! Highly recommend the ramen place shared by Hideyuki. Close to the Asakusa line and a few temples are walking distance. Overall 5/5. Worth mentioning: the stairs were a bit narrow so please be cautious if members of your party have disabilities.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was exceptionally kind, hospitable, and friendly. He was very responsive to my many questions before our trip and gave helpful recommendations, which meant a lot since it was my first time in Japan. He was also very considerate of our requests during our stay. We truly appreciated the extra help, including assisting with our luggage and chatting with us before we left. We were so lucky to have him as our host—highly recommended! Will definitely suggest this place to my friends and family planning to visit Tokyo.

Top notch customer service in this beautiful house！ super clean and provide all the equipments we need for our six days stay. The owner is very malicious to provide little gifts and snacks when we arrived. They also offer lending us stroller which gave us a BIG help for the trip. Easy access, super lovely kids friendly neighborhood (lots of kids in this area). I would give a 10/10. Also, the layout of the floorplan is excellent for having 2 families while each family can stay at their own floor. We all had a very happy and wonderful time.

We had the most comfortable stay in Eishi’s apartment. It is very cozy and pretty and well-furnished, everything you need is available. Love that there is a washer and dryer. Location is convenient, 8-10 mins walk from the train station that is well-connected to all the attractions. Very comfortable bed. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the pillows are too soft. Highly recommended and would definitely choose to stay again❣️

Access from Narita Airport was very convenient.There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, about a 4-minute walk away.There is also a supermarket nearby, which was very helpful during my stay.There is also a duty-free drug store near Yahiro station, so shopping is convenient.Access to Shibuya is also good, and I think it is an ideal location for sightseeing. The room was clean and the large bed was very comfortable.I had a comfortable and lovely stay.Thank you so much!

Loved Tomio as a host and love his beautifully clean home. We loved everything about our stay! And the bikes Tomio provided was a bonus! My son and I got to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city from a local perspective and it simply added to the many great memories we made. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a lot of good food and only about an 8-10 minute walk from the train station. This is a must stay!

Yoshi, our host was amazing. He was very accommodating and so so helpful during our time there. He even called a store to check if they had something we wanted. Amazing host. Amazing place and it really made our first time in Japan memorable and nice.

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Kayo’s Airbnb! The apartment is stunning—bright, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

I have used a room in the same building before, so I was able to stay here with peace of mind. When I arrived at the room, I was greeted by lovely background music, which made me feel strongly that I was being taken care of. Communication with Toshi was very smooth, and I was impressed by the very detailed and kind explanations on the site, such as information about Kamakura and recommended hiking courses. I was particularly surprised to see that the site listed every single detergent and seasoning that was in the room. The host has prepared a backpack for hiking and a portable chair, so guests can fully enjoy Kamakura. It was clear that the host really wants guests to enjoy Kamakura.The room was equipped with a water server, a refa shower head, and a hair iron, and I felt that the guest was cared for in every corner, and the view of the beach from the room was great. I have used many Airbnb rooms, including in foreign countries, but I don't think there is a room that is so full of hospitality, and I think it is an inn that will satisfy anyone who comes. Of all the many rooms I have stayed in, this is by far the best equipped, and I would definitely like to use it again. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

This charming apartment in Kamakura was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Toshi was a very proactive and thoughtful host. He provided me with a great guide to the area and was quick to answer any questions I had. Upon entering the apartment, there was peaceful and relaxing music playing. The bed had a warmer and deodorizer under the sheets for the ultimate coziness. There were tons of amenities that were super thoughtful from toothbrushes to beach day bags with chairs and coolers. The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes away from some of the major shrines and temples. All in all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Toshi's place if you're in Kamakura. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer.
