Studio maisonette with private garden by the sea (2 minutes walk), immediate access to the beach of the salt pans, quiet, peaceful with greenery. This little cocoon is located in the most sought-after area of Rémire-Montjoly at the bottom of the owner's garden. Completely refurbished also for equipment, connected accommodation (Wi-Fi with fiber, new air conditioner, NETFLIX). Animal lovers, we have a little dog O. and a big dog T. who are very nice.

Ideal for a person traveling alone, or even a couple, it is equipped with a bathroom with a washing machine as well as a kitchenette area with fridge, stove, sink and microwave. You will have access to our family pool and cleaning is provided weekly. Linens and towels are provided.
