Stone house 100 sq. m, 30 acres plot, on the bank of the river Kymijoki. The house has been renovated, all the furniture is new. The beach is not equipped for swimming. The beach is suitable only for fishing and rowing in a boat (the boat is included in the rental price). There is a parking lot for 4 cars near the house. The city of Kouvola is 134 km northeast of Helsinki and 280 km from St. Petersburg km. Six kilometers away is the Finnish "Disneyland" Tykkimäki and an open water park, a restaurant is 3 km away, shops are 800 m away, and an indoor go-kart center is 1 km away.

A complex of three buildings, including one winter habitable. A stunning sandy beach where children can play and swim, the river does not flow vigorously. An outdoor sauna completed in 2019, where you can see the kids playing on the beach. A covered summer kitchen with a large dining table for eight people and a corner sofa for relaxation. A large gas grill is available for guests. On the other side of the river, there is a pick-your-own berry farm where you can row to get fresh berries for breakfast.
