Within walking distance there are museums (including the Kunsthal), the Erasmus Bridge, the Euromastpark, the famous Wittedewithstraat and numerous nice restaurants. Easy to reach by public transportation. The metro stations (Leuvehaven and Eendrachtsplein) are nearby. There is one private parking space (closed by an electric fence). This location is very suitable to experience the real Rotterdam for a few days.

In summer it makes for a terrific spot to swim and lounge in the sun. In winter taking a refreshing plunge in the river after using our Finnish Sauna is highly recommended. Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.
