Felemakerstua har en helt spesiell historie - huset er 250 år gammelt. Her bor du på sjøtomt, har tilgang til naustterrasse og offentlig badeplass (svaberg). Huset ligger nært busstopp (150 meter) med lokalbuss til sentrum/kjøpesenter, eller du kan øyhoppe med Sundbåten inn til sentrum, båten er gratis og båtkaia ligger 10 minutt å gå fra huset. Du vil erfare at Felemakerstua er gammel, det er lavt under taket og trappa til loftet er bratt. Men huset er lunt og koselig med gode rom. Du trives!
