Location: Central located in Vågen. 7 minutes to walk to the city center and bus terminal, close location to Kulturfabrikken, Kranaskjæret, Middle-operated museum etc. 250 meters to the nearest grocery store and bus stop. Walking distance to Badeland and Braatthallen. Parking: Free parking in the street or in the parking lot 250 meters away.

Leiligheten er fra 1916 og befinner seg i et av de få murbyggene i jugendstil som slapp unna bombingen under 2. verdenskrig. Dette spesielle stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. Vanndamman og Kringsjå ligger rett over veien med flotte turstier. Fin utsikt og solrikt. Kort kjøreavstand til sentrum. 10min med bil fra flyplass. Parkering: gratis parkering i oppkjørselen.
