It offers a fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine and an oven, a bathroom with a shower. In the bedroom there are spring medical mattresses + 1 full extra bed and 4K TV (Netflix, YouTube). Thanks to its location, it combines tranquility and an authentic mountain atmosphere with walking distance to the center of Pec, Relax Park and the cable car to Sněžka. A perfect place for relaxation and an active holiday in the Krkonoše Mountains.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.
