Great villa, only proplem is getting to it as the road is a dirt track and gets very muddy , also difficult for tuktuk to get to as the normal route was closed because of repairs to a road next to the Chinese cemetery .

The property is peaceful, beautifully designed, and just like the photos. Waking up to the ocean view each morning felt unreal. Tracy and her team were so kind and helpful, and made everything feel effortless. I loved the infinity pool, private beach access, and the free kayaks — such a fun bonus! The location is quiet and relaxing, but still close to great attractions like Grand World, VinWonders, Safari, and the night market. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Phú Quốc — I’d come back in a heartbeat!

I planned to Stay in Steve’s place in Kep for a night and extended to 3- it was exactly what I needed after the gusle and bussle of busy Asian cities and “pressure” to do and see all in Cambodia. Loved the nature and how secluded yet functional the place was. Steve had very openly explained what to expect and it is amazing to see their love of animals , intent to offer a truly local and natural experience- without the fuss ,overpromising and environmental impact. Make sure u pay a visit to the 🦀 market early in the day and Walk the national park to meet a few monkeys

Firstly - Tam is very kind, cute and good person and host. It was a pleasure to meet her. We have great conversations and she give us some recommendations about plastic and local spots. Don want to say too much about room because it was perfect. Especially the bed, the sleep there was awesome. Great location, great room and other territory, pool, nature and Tam! Definitely will be here some more times!❤️
