Approximately 500 meters away is the lake with a dock, rowing boat, fishing, barbecue area and wood-fired sauna. The swimming area is private and shared with us owners and another Airbnb house. When in season, there is the possibility to pick berries and mushrooms. Cleaning and bed linens are not included. Can be ordered: Cleaning SEK 1500, bed linen/towel SEK 150/person. Electric car can be charged at our house on request

Genuine Småland cottage near Lake Bolmen

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Also included is a rowboat so you can go out and row on the lake. The house is only 5 minutes from the city center by car and about 10 minutes by bicycle. A very idyllic area with Älmhult's marina as a neighbor with life and movement. Camping is 5 minutes away by bicycle, which has a restaurant and full rights. Best location in Älmhult's community with proximity to IKEA museum and IKEA department store.

Here you live in a part of Korrö craft town's history. Olsborg was formerly a yellow foundry and steam bakery. The house was built in 1860 and has 5 rooms, 3 of which are bedrooms. It is located on a hill and you can see out over parts of Korrö Hantverksby and hear the rush of the Ronnebyån river. Only 50 meters away, you can book canoes, boats, bicycles, wilderness spa and enjoy a meal in the renowned restaurant. The café is open during the summer. Also, take the opportunity to hike in the adjacent nature reserve on its various trails.

Note: The bathroom floor has settled, which means that baths must be taken while sitting in the bathtub
