Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Thanks for having us. It’s rare to find a place with multiple rooms and bathrooms, in fact this is an interconnecting 3BR + 3BR which makes it really spacious and great for big family. Most rooms are ensuite(own toilet) so it’s really easier/convenient for everyone. Christina/host was really nice and even provided us with floor mattresses knowing that I’ve young kids. My kids enjoyed the floor mattresses at the platform in the living room, it’s like their little corner. Place were tidy and as shown in pictures. They made effort to indicate the switch which makes it really easy for the guests. Also, they indicated the WiFi information even in the bedroom for easy references. They also provided us with one baby chair, there’re also kids utensils and filtered water. Overall, great place to stay and would definitely recommend it for bigger group/family. Thanks once again for having us.

Very good place for staycation

I would say everything was really good with staying here. The hosts especially were really helpful and not too strict with the checkout timing proving their excellent communication skills. Would definitely return another time 🤗

This is very convenient, there are already many convenience stores downstairs, the unit is also very clean, we stayed on the 50th floor and the view was very open.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and surrounded by a lovely environment. It’s very high in value for the price — definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. As soon as we walked in, the kids were so happy — the room felt luxurious and welcoming. The amenities were all thoughtfully provided, making it extremely convenient for families with children. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very well taken care of. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back again next time!

Had a pleasant stay at Ezzati’s, so convenient when it’s located above the mall. Ezzati is very responsive too and instructions are all very clear. Prepared quite a lot of snacks for us upon check in. Overall truly recommended. Thank you!

There is a door with decorative holes on 3rd floor leading to outside. Guest can cover it themselves. The tv-projector thing doesn’t really work. Other than that the house is spacious, clean and very comfortable for big group 👍🏽🌟

The place was incredibly cozy and instantly felt like home. Check-in and check-out were super easy and hassle-free, which made the whole stay even more convenient. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly and kindly. The house was well-maintained — my family and I absolutely loved our time here. The only thing I wished for was a few more power plugs for charging our devices, but everything else was wonderful. It really made our trip extra enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back again if we get the chance!

Our team’s hangout at 4Balance Homestay hit the sweet spot between chill and fun. The roomy living area fit our little speeches and games without feeling cramped, and we loved drifting between the cinema, pool table, and board games. Bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms spotless, and extras like extra blankets and plenty of outlets made winding down easy. The hosts were super approachable as it always always a quick text away for more chairs, snack tips, or directions Indeed, we could focus on hanging out, not logistics, create sweet memories and have a great bonding there.

The Luxury Cozy Home was a wonderful place for our group. It comfortably accommodated six adults and three children during our short stay before returning to the States. The amenities provided were excellent, and the home’s convenient location near the mall and dining options added to our enjoyable experience. While the surrounding homes gave us a slight feeling of unease, the presence of security cameras provided reassurance regarding our safety. Overall, this is a lovely home that is well-suited for families looking to relax in the heart of a bustling city like Subang. We appreciate the effort put into making our stay comfortable and look forward to returning!

Had a wonderful stay here! It’s a great place to relax and gather with friends. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially had a lot of fun in the karaoke room, it was definitely a highlight of our trip! The facilities were great, and everything was just as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and cozy getaway spot.

View from the unit is amazing and even though it is away from city centre such as KLCC, but it is only 7-10 minutes walk away from LRT. Great place to be especially in a traffic congested city.

Ruben's place is located in a serene location of Kuala Lumpur near to Jalan Ampang. The condo complex is located within embassy zone and therefore very quite and peaceful. the condo had stunning views of Down Town Kuala Lumpur with Merdeka 118, KL Tower and TRX Exchange all clearly visible with stunning surrounding during day and night. This is one of the largest condos with 3 bed and attached bath and 1 common wash room. getting 4 washrooms in a condo in KL is indeed luxury. The open kitchen is very convenient. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer which was very useful. The condo has 2 car parking conveniently located in the covered car park. We rented a SUV and we could park it very conveniently and easily. Ruben was very responsive and reachable whenever we wanted to reach out. He is an excellent host. His condo is indeed a hidden gem in one of the finest cities of the world ie Kuala Lumpur. We shall certainly be back again when we visit KL next time. It deserves a 5* and I rated 5*.

It's really a great place for a staycation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the swimming pool was lovely. The sunset view from the pool is something I definitely look forward to experiencing again. I will consider staying here again next time. The accommodation is a studio room with one double bed and an additional mattress provided for a third guest. The house is clean and includes all the amenities listed in the description. Unfortunately, the projector was out of service, and the host was unaware of this. However, the host kindly acknowledged the issue, and I hope it will be fixed by the time of my next visit.
