Rent a quiet house with a view of the sea and a bridge | A place that feels warm like a relative's home. Sauna is optional

ZhiyuRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The house was just several steps from the beach, and a gorgeous view of the bridge. Inside the house is a nicely furnished Japanese style home with all the amenities we needed, and the host was super nice and even offered us to buy drinks from convenience store in case we can’t drive.

The closest guest house to Matsuyama Castle. Great location for sightseeing and work, with a private space in a private room.

Near the castle. 30min walking for dogo onsen. Also you can cook easily with tools for the kitchen. You have a grocery store (ABC) walking 10 min. Space is pretty decent if alone.

105 years old hotel and warehouse Japanese moss garden & half open air 188 ㎡

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My boyfriend and I had a truly wonderful stay at Katsuhiro’s guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, Katsuhiro was incredibly warm and welcoming, even taking the time to show us around the property during check-in. The guesthouse itself—a beautifully restored traditional warehouse—was peaceful and clearly renovated with great care. The town’s local restaurants were also delightful surprises. We especially recommend Flor for Italian (and possibly the best chocolate ice cream you’ve ever had!). Highly recommend this unique stay to anyone passing through Matsuyama.

The room was beautiful, and the rooftop space was fun.Next, I want to enjoy it on a sunny day. I wish there had been a note that there was no toothbrush as an amenity, and it was a little disappointing that there were drinks in the refrigerator that seemed to be from the previous guest.Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

The Airbnb is located in a peaceful town with absolutely stunning views of the hills, sea and rivers, and is a great getaway from the busy city life. The host was very responsive and welcoming, where she shared some snacks with us on our first day of arrival.

A rural home where you can spend hours relaxing

MichelleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This bnb is absolutely beautiful. Lots of room, beautifully appointed and everything you need. Leina booked us in at a restaurant in town (Katsu) and the food and people were sensational. We had trouble getting hot water to the shower. Not sure if it was our fault or not. As stunning as this place is, I feel that charging for towels and having to make your own bed ( not just roll out the futon, but put sheets and pillow cases on) is just a bit steep. After reading all about the bar and dinner and breakfast in the reviews we were also disappointed to discover that it was closed. Overall though, it is peaceful and comfortable and beautiful. Highly recommend!!
