Newly renovated villa in Kumla

Bring the whole family to this amazing newly renovated villa consisting of five bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the front there is a large parking lot and on the back there are benches and tables with a small patio. Please note that the property is rented without bed linens and towels. There are duvets and pillows for six people. Guests clean after their stay. For longer/recurring bookings, it is possible to purchase cleaning and bed linens.

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

Charmigt torp på landet

Välkommen till vårt charmiga torp från 1909 – en lugn oas utan nära grannar. Njut av den stora trädgården med fruktträd, grill, utemöbler och studsmatta. 15 minuters promenad till ett vackert kalkbrott för bad och 5 minuter med bil till Kumla Golfklubb. WiFi, TV med Netflix, luftvärmepumpar, vedspis och kamin finns. Bekvämligheter som toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin och drickbart vatten från egen brunn. Observera att takhöjden är ca 185 cm i delar av huset, vilket bidrar till torpets charm.

The granary

Unwind in this unique and peaceful place to stay. You can still see traces of the building’s past as a grain storehouse from the mid-1800s — like the wide floorboards upstairs. When it was carefully turned into a home in the 2000s, the old loading openings were turned into bay windows to let in more light and offer a view, all while keeping the original timber frame intact. On the farm, you'll find a dog and some friendly sheep, and free-range chickens.

Klippan's guest house

At one of the highest points in old Askersund is Villa Klippan and separately on the property you will find this exclusively furnished guest room. Adjustable beds, kitchen with induction stove, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Private breakfast terrace. Close to the city center, swimming and walking paths. This apartment is only about a 5-minute walk from the city center where you will find restaurants, travel centers and shops. The train to Örebro C takes 13 minutes. Possibly, access can be given to the garage on the property. Proximity to swimming, Kvarntorpshögen with its art exhibition, golf, fishing and nice MTB trails. On the property, there is a wood-fired sauna that is shared with the other tenant.
