The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

A new, rough studio apartment with a French balcony, located in the green landscapes of Puijonlaakso, next to Kysin and the university. Private parking space in the yard. Accessible to the apartment. Kuopio city center is 2.5 km away. Right in front of the apartment is a bus stop, from which two lines run in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, which continue to Puijo. Next to it is also the beautiful Sammakkolampi and a cozy park area with a beach.

The apartment has cooling ventilation, new furniture and a high quality level of equipment. The bedroom has blackout curtains. The apartment is in a tower house built in connection with the new travel center. Buses and trains depart from next door. All downtown services are about 5-15 minutes' walk away. For free parking in the adjacent parking garage, we need a registration number.

A handy little studio in the garage of our detached house. Private entrance. Toilet, shower, fridge in the mini kitchen, combination oven/microwave, hot plate. Sleeping loft 180 cm wide. Sofa bed that can be spread out at the bottom 80 cm or spread out 160 cm. Air heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you don't have sheets, you can borrow them by asking. 5€/person. Parking is available in our yard, local buses every 30 minutes.

The modern furnished bright apartment is located on the 9th floor of a tower house completed in the spring of 2022, with great views over the city to Kallavesi. The market or harbor is less than a kilometer away, so the city center and harbor with its diverse restaurants, shops and events are just around the corner. Downstairs there is a K-Supermarket, lunch and fast food restaurants, a barber and a flower shop. Next to the house is Kuopio's P-Matkakeskus, which has a train and bus station.
