Truly amazing experience all throughout! First I must commend the hosts for the very warm welcome, I wish all Airbnb hosts were like Matjaz and his partner. Clear instructions, fast communication and a genuine desire to help. They helped us haul our luggage and went out of their way to share a personal portable fire pit (upon request) for an even cozier stay. Just the right balance between being proactive at first and respecting our peace and quiet for the remainder of our trip. Kudos to the hosts! The house itself was spotlessly clean, very charming and tastefully decorated. It’s a building about 100 years old that was renovated by the hosts, and you could feel no detail was overlooked, no expense was spared. Did I mention the house wine? The host’s family pride themselves as winemakers and we have certainly partaken in their product. Much appreciated, thank you! So again, overall highly, highly recommended. I wish all hosts and Airbnbs would match this standard of hospitality.

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). We stayed here for a week in October. Although the outside temperatures were already cooler, the pool was still heated at our request. A service that is not a matter of course. When we no longer needed the pool, we also turned it off ourselves to save electricity to save electricity. Matic was always available and always inquired. Recommended any time.

What a wonderful place as well as hosts! Nikolina and her husband were very helpful and warmhearted people. She brought breakfast every morning which was so so lovely! Could not recommend it more!! Hvala puno. ❤️

A wonderful, quirky spot! We loved staying here, the cottage is so different from anything else we’ve seen, Janez is a man with some serious architectural talent! Nina was super friendly, and genuine, and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. It was just a perfect stay!

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax this appartement is perfect. You have a nice view on the vine yards and the mointains. The jacuzzi is amazing, you feel like doing spa holidays. The communication with Simona was nice and easy. We would defenetly recommend her place.

Beautiful getaway in a special location! The layout encourages you to spend time outside, and there are various spots to relax in - the balcony, the garden, the hot tub... The view is the best thing and we couldn't get enough of it :)

Martin's place was amazing. Perfectly located amongs tranquil hills of a Slovenian village. Plenty of space for a family of 3 or 4, well equipped, cosy. Surrounding was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We especially enjoyed sitting around fire in the evening. I definitely recommend it!

The house is really nice and beautifully decorated. It’s very big and comfortable. There is even an outdoor space for relaxing and eating. The small orchard is a plus. Slavka and her family were very warm and accessible any time for questions. We really enjoyed the days spent here. Thanks for everything.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful place, Melanie was their to great us and had left treats for us and the children. The views are out of this world I felt truly blessed to be able to wake up and sit out on the balcony. The house had everything we needed, hammocks, bat and ball games for the children. The local area is backed with walks to waterfalls some are only a 20 min walk away and easy to get too. When I sent messages to Melanie or her husband they where answered quickly and helpfully. Roman and Melanie brought up a traditional local desert for us to try and it was very tasty. I would fully recommend for anyone visiting Slovenia to stay here, we had five days and I wish we had stayed for the last two days of our holiday as we moved on to a hotel which has cost more but isn't as good as this home! Ana Anita proved to be a great host! The house is beautiful, in a beautiful quiet place. We were with two kids, we just came when there was snow and the kids enjoyed it and we didn't have to worry about their safety in the neighborhood! The second day when he was attacking fresh snow, the same day the road to the road was cleared and we didn't have any problems. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and we had everything we needed there. Ana Anita was always immediately available and accessible for everything. We definitely recommend a place to stay and plan to come back in the spring or summer. 🙂 And thanks for the little things that greeted us. 🙂

My husband Peter and I had a fantastic time at Grega and Katarina's home. Their cottage was comfortable, clean, spacious, and homey. The location is absolutely perfect - it's a farm maybe 5 minutes from the city of Postojna, which gives you the peace and quiet of a rural area while being close enough to enjoy all the city amenities. It's also perfectly positioned near the Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. In my opinion, the prices were extremely fair considering how much space we had and the incredible breakfast included - for just €9 per person, we enjoyed a huge, delicious homemade breakfast with all fresh items from their farm: yogurt, cheese, eggs, charcuterie, butter, coffee, milk, jam, honey, and bread. We had a wonderful time befriending Grega and Katarina, who were very kind and gracious hosts and answered all our questions about farm life. We would definitely return and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Our only regret is not staying longer!

Our second visit to this wonderful home. Relaxed as soon as we arrived - a home from home. As nature lovers this is the perfect retreat to base yourselves for exploring a beautiful country. Fantastic dawn chorus and wonderful relaxing evenings. Slavica is an attentive host, always available and offering suggestions of wonderful places to visit. We look forward to returning.

I recently visited this apartment and had an amazing stay. The place was peaceful and incredibly relaxing—perfect for a getaway. The private spa was a real highlight, offering a touch of luxury that made it well worth the money. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the warm welcome from the hosts made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

This place was a thousand times more beautiful than the photos – truly a hidden gem! We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was very private, spotless, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It instantly felt like a warm embrace. Rudi, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. He genuinely went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at ease. A lovely bonus was Luli, the outdoor cat who belongs to the property. Just like her owner, she made us feel right at home with her calm and friendly presence. She always made our day when she came by for some food and some pets. After ten days, saying goodbye was bittersweet – it really started to feel like our little home. We honestly can’t recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat!

The place is truly beautiful and amazing, especially the terrace. It’s perfect for a BBQ. The place also has literally everything you need and is very clean. The view is stunning! The sauna and jacuzzi helped us relax after a long day. And when we first arrived, there were strawberries and wine waiting for us. Thank you so much for this awesome experience :)

The stay was great. And I would recommend it to everyone.

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

Thanks once more to the owners of this amazing place. It was relaxing and felt really like a time travel. The house is well maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere rounded up by the cute and sweet cats. Additionally there are some chicken. The nature is calming and it offers a comfortable getaway from modern stressful life. We are sure that we will be back.

We had a great time. Everything was given for rest and relaxation. The house is perfectly equipped and very sophisticated. I particularly liked the interior design. (the mattress is also super comfortable) The baskets that could be ordered were full of delicious and delicious producer products. I highly recommend the place to everyone. Katalin is very kind.
