This is the place where you can relax from work and stress. Here you are all alone inside the forest with the possibility to sleep over as well. It is possible to sleep 4 people, but it is best suited for two people. FREE ACCESS TO DRY AND NICE FIREWOOD. 200 meters from parking. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. - outdoor kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outdoor shower (summer water) is also mounted for short shower lengths as I do not have unlimited water there. - Mobile wifi with 50gb so not unlimited use

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Cottage in the countryside - idyllic farm in Skaun

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Boligen ligger kun ca. 5 minutter fra Heimdal sentrum med butikker og restauranter, og ca. 20 minutter fra Trondheim sentrum og Nidarosdomen. Perfekt for familier, vennegjenger eller kolleger som ønsker et komfortabelt opphold med god plass.

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. Kom og nyt freden på Ler. Hele huset blir deres under oppholdet. Vi har er tre gode soverom, med mulighet for dobbeltseng på alle rommene. Det er også sprinkelsenger på to av rommene. Vi har i tillegg tre madrasser som også kan legges utover for å kunne ta i mot maksimalt 9 personer pluss to små barn. Huset er en kort bil- eller togtur unna Trondheim og den berømte lakseelva Gaula ligger like ved. Det er plass til å parkere flere biler, samt montert el-billader i garasje.
