Modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a central location in the center of Randaberg. Only 10 km to Stavanger. There is free parking outside the apartment and good bus connections from the city center (5 min walk). There is also a commuter bus to Forus via UiS (Route X76). Close to nature: beaches, hiking trails, mountains and fjords. In Randaberg city center you will find, among other things, grocery stores, pharmacy, liquor store, hairdresser, clothing stores, cafe, bakery, restaurants and pub. There is a lot of good takeout (Thai, Indian, sushi, pizza).

Private access road and parking right by the cabin. Possibility to rent sauna and boat. Unique fishing opportunities. The cabin is located at the entrance to the Lysefjord. Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Here you live surrounded by grazing animals and vegetables, herbs and flowers right outside the door during the season. There is a lot of space to unfold both inside and outside. Inside there is a large living room and dining area with TV and many games. In the basement you will find a pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside there is a large porch with seating and a fire pit. There is also a fireplace with chairs. It is 200 meters to the lake, the beach is just nearby. Randaberg is a 5-minute drive away, Stavanger 20 minutes away
