The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

Käytössäsi on yksityinen sauna ja nuotiopaikka oman metsälammen rannalla lehtometsän kainalossa. Luontopolku ja lähellä virtaava kanava tarjoavat rentoa olostelua mökkipuuhastelun lomassa. Hyväntuulisesta kylästämme löydät palvelut ja aidon maalaistunnelman. Tunne olosi suuresti tervetulleeksi!

Sauna bedroom by the sea

Welcome to our unique sauna bedroom! It's built right on the shore line in the calm village of Mäntlahti, surrounded by the sea and a rich bird life. The building is near our summer place, with access to an outdoors kitchen and an outhouse. There is no electricity/running water in the building, and the sauna is out of use. In the nearby forest there are paths and beaches to explore, and lingonberries/blueberries during the berry season. You can also use our row boat, and go swimming in the sea.

Villa Sjövalla Guesthouse

Kodikas ja rauhallinen, ilmastoitu yksiö/mökki meren rannalla n. 4 km Loviisan keskustasta. Erillinen pieni talo sijaitsee omistajan talon vieressä. Rakennettu 2023. Monipuoliset ulkoilu- ja liikuntamahdollisuudet lähimetsissä ja merellä. Perille pääsee myös pyörällä tai vaikka meloen. Loviisan keskustan palvelut lähellä (n.4 km). Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

Kitchenette (stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave), double bed, baby cot available on request, dining table, TV with chrome cast, internet, toilet, shower, dressing room and wood sauna. Outside, a wood grill with equipment. Large glazed terrace with radiator. The price includes linen, towels, wood, paddleboards and a rowboat. The tap water is potable and warm.

In this small cabin you can relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. It's surrounded by a beautiful nature, and you can go to hike or bike in the nearby forests and roads. You can also use our other main building. We have a shower room available and you can freely use our big hall if it is not reserved for any private party or meeting. Per request you can also enjoy our barbecue huts. We have also our own mini market in which you can buy daily goods.

Guest House-Marjala sijaitsee Kotkan Koivulassa. Kalaisaan Kymijoen rantaan on matkaa alle 1km. Vieraiden yksityiskäytössä on pihatalo ja terassi. Asuintilassa on käytännöllinen ja hyvin varusteltu keittonurkkaus. Vieraat pääsevät nauttimaan ylellisestä kylpytilasta, jossa on amme ja sähkösauna. Koneellinen ilmanvaihto ja ilmalämpöpumppu takaavat hyvät yöunet. Pysäköintimahdollisuus autokatkoksessa kahdelle autolle.
