The house was renovated in 2022 and modernly furnished. The house is located directly on the golf course, is within walking distance of the golf club house and is also close to the beach, making it ideal for golfers and beach lovers. In the summer months there is a community pool. The La Hacienda Alcaidesa Links golf resort has 2 golf courses, Heathland and the Links course, which was completely renovated in 2022. There is WiFi, Air conditioning and TV.

An apartment with a small garden where you can have barbecues. It has a large pool, equipped gym and free parking. Alcaidesa beach is one kilometer away and the Acqua shopping center is five hundred meters away, where there are supermarkets and restaurants. The Alcaidesa golf course is less than two kilometers away. Sotogrande is fifteen minutes away. I ask for a photo of an ID of all tenants prior to arrival for check-in.

The house has all the amenities and you can breathe peacefully both inside the Villa and throughout the development. Private beach access is a 2-minute walk from the house, and restaurants, bars, supermarket, and pharmacy are a 3-minute walk away. The pool will only be open July and August.
