Everything was very good, nice place and quiet.

A very comfortable and beautiful house, exactly like the photos, is also a very safe place and stayed in communication all the time with the host. A highly recommended place

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

A dream house, maybe a few things to repair but nothing that takes away from the true purpose of enjoying the beautiful house that it is.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Very clean and in a secure location which is handy for the airport. Laundry facilities are also available at the house. Well maintained gardens too.

a modern, new house, quiet, located in a gated complex with great views. The center of Sangolqui is within easy reach. Landlord is very friendly and helpful, gives lots of tips. I'd love to come back

Luis Gustavo was a helpful and communicative host- the place is large, safe, and had parking for our motorcycles (which we ended up not needing). He made us feel at home, and the location was great.

Good place to stay, there were locations nearby for sightseeing, the area was quiet and we had no problems. The host Carolina, very kind, gave us precise instructions and even allowed us to enter the apartment earlier. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed our stay for a few nights in Quito. The owner was very helpful picking us up from the airport and stoping at the local store to grab some things. We enjoyed the view from the balcony.

The Gladys house is very large and comfortable, close to the subway, very well equipped, in a neighborhood that offers good services. Gladys was very kind and thoughtful. We hope to be able to come back another time.

Simply spectacular! I absolutely loved everything about the apartment. From the first moment I entered, I knew I had made the right decision. The place is spacious, comfortable, with a cozy decoration and everything perfectly thought out to make you feel at home. But what I liked the most was the cleanliness... everything was spotless, impeccable. I'm super detail-oriented with that issue every time I travel, and this place exceeded all my expectations. Every corner shone, you could see the care and dedication, especially the bathrooms. The service was excellent, super friendly and always available for any questions or needs. You can tell they really strive to offer a quality experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it 1000%. If you're in doubt, don't think twice! I would definitely come back. One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at.

If you need a large home in Quito Tenis at the last minute, this is your place! This is 1970's Quito Architecture as mentioned in the ad. However, that also means it is spacious. I actually thought the home looked a little better than in the pics. There were even some games for our young kids. There are no drapes on 2 of the bedroom windows. So, bring an eye-mask or use some of the many extra sheets as needed. This was a last minute rental and the host was great to work with. Thank you.

I thought everything was very good

I would really recommend this place. It is a very suitable place for someone who wants to rest peacefully in a quiet and rural environment. 1. The host welcomed us with quick communication and kindness. Before check-in, I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. 2. The accommodation was really clean, and it was comfortable to have all the kitchen utensils, toiletries, towels, etc. 3. The house is located in the highlands where you can see Kumbaya at a glance. It's not far from the city center, and I don't think it's a difficult location to access if you have a car. It is a great place to enjoy the pretty garden and peaceful atmosphere. (Pretty cats and birdsong) 4. The breakfast I ordered in advance exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to people staying. Once again, I would like to thank the hosts for their attention, and I hope I can stay there again if I get the chance.
