Ce logement peut convenir à des vacanciers soucieux de découvrir Guedelon et la Puisaye ou le Val de Loire. Il convient aussi aux personnes qui viennent travailler temporairement sur le secteur. Le jardin est très vert et le quartier résidentiel assez calme. La maison est spacieuse et très claire. Les voisins sont mes parents, ils ont un petit chien. Ce n'est pas en pleine campagne mais il suffit de monter la côte pour être au milieu des champs après la ferme de Bel-Air.
