Maison climatisée de plein-pied de 87 mètres carrés entre Angoulême et Poitiers. La maison vous accueille pour un séjour calme et reposant. Elle est composée de trois chambres, dont deux avec lits doubles et une avec deux lits simples. La pièce de vie, lumineuse, est composée d’un salon-salle à manger et cuisine d’environ 40 mètres carrés. Elle est reliée à la fibre. 40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). Chez Sarah - Charentais Gîte

Located in a small green setting, between forests, corn fields and hops, the gîte is an excellent base for visiting the Charente and its surroundings. The gîte is of traditional Charentais construction: a farmhouse with a small courtyard, surrounded by stone walls. Inside, a traditional fireplace, wooden beams and handcrafted demoiselles complete this rustic set to create a warm atmosphere.
