This quiet and mythical place in the heart of the old town is located on the banks of the Loire and close to vineyards such as: Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire. About 2 hours from Paris and 10 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station, you will also be close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.
