Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Perched on the heights of Deshaies , overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the island of Montserrat and Kawan Island, this detached house stands in the middle of a 3ha park rich in local species (botanical park on a total plot of 5ha). This enchanting and timeless setting is only a 5-minute drive from the magnificent Grande Anse de Deshaies beach and the Pearl beach. The accommodation includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom (wc & shower)
