House with two bedrooms upstairs and with a large garden with terrace out of sight. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. Parking is available in a dedicated square. The railway runs along the bottom of the garden. Thanks to the good double glazing, the noise is very attenuated. You can reach Bordeaux in 10 minutes thanks to the bus line 7 or by bus boat from the charming village of Lormont Bas 2 minutes by car.
