Este anexo es el más grande que tenemos a nivel de jardín. Cuenta con una habitación, área de closet muy cómodo, área de tocador con lavamanos en-suite, y su baño completo. El espacio de sala-comedor está integrado a la cocina, full equipada con nevera, freezer, hornillas y horno. Los ventanales de la sala permiten la entrada de mucha luz, creando un espacio muy agradable. En la sala también se encuentra una pequeña biblioteca y un escritorio.
