Our house is surrounded by nature and privacy, it is a quiet, spacious and cool place, it is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, working or just resting, it is a very nice, clean and comfortable place, it is located in the Palomino Sierraita neighborhood, an area where there are more local people but away from the noise and traffic of cars or pedestrians. It is located 12 minutes from the Rio and 25 minutes from the beach.

Penthouse apartment, has a terrace of 94 meters for the exclusive use of the apartment with Jacuzzi, living room and BBQ area.
