It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Bienvenue dans cette jolie maison entièrement rénovée proche de toutes commodités, du golf (100m) et de la plage de la Noëveillard (700m). Vous profiterez d’un jardin clos, une pergola sans vis à vis et stationnements gratuits devant la maison. A l’étage vous attendent 2 chambres spacieuses (lits 180) et une salle de bain avec WC. Au rez-de-chaussée une chambre (lit 180cm), un dortoir (2 lits 90cm et 3 superposés 90cm), une cuisine équipée, un salon cosy, un WC et une salle de jeux.

House with sea view, terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access to the customs trail, 100 meters from the beach of La Source and sea water therapy, the train station is 900 meters away, the port is 1 km away, close to all shops. Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from a minimum of 4 nights in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as from spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding.

Au calme dans un petit hameau, en campagne proche de la mer, vous pourrez profiter pleinement de Pornic et de ses environs. Pour les plus sportifs deux vélos sont mis à disposition 😊. Proximité des plages (8 km Saint Michel Chef Chef / 10 km Pornic). Ce logement peut accueillir au maximum deux personnes et un bébé.

Small independent apartment within our villa. Well-equipped 1 kitchen 1 large bedroom with private attached bathroom. Private terrace. Access to our shared and heated pool (from June 15 to September 15) Quiet and located a 5-minute drive to the harbor and beaches. INFORMATION: not suitable for people allergic to cats. Our cat will pay you a few visits :)
